Fantastic hotel by the sea with amazing staff!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable — right by the sea, with breathtaking views of the sunset every evening. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the reception — thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism. I also really appreciate how quickly you solved the issue with the internet — everything worked perfectly afterwards. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

The staff were lovely. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony.

Couldn’t get to town from the hotel for sightseeing. It was difficult visiting other towns from the hotel because we couldn’t get taxi and the timeline for the bus weren’t good enough.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very helpful and friendly stuff.

Spa complex was very good, well maintained! We had a great view on the sea from our room. It is as well convinrent to order food and drinks to the room from the restaurant. The stuff was all very friendly and flexible!

The beach is in stones, not sand. We were using special shoes (can buy easily on site) to enter the sea with no pain.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful restaurant and rooms. Rooms are very spacious and ours had a huge sea-view balcony. They have a private sun-beds at the beach for hotel guests. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed in the living room might be not nice for long stay or for those having a back problems. Just keep in mind. For kids- no issue, but for adults might be an issue

Disappointing and expensive. Not worth

Very crowded. In the days when was cold outside just a few ppl were allowed at the spa (max 10 ppl) because there were "no sun beds available". Prices extra high for Montenegro's reputation. The restaurant very poor services. Long long waiting and incomplete order. Food average taste, small portions and extra expensive. Cleaning was not made every day. They used to come around 13:00 when ppl with kinds take naps. Playground dirty and unmaintained. Phone in room was not working. We announced this at reception and said they will fix it next day - never happened. Free Sun beds on beach - on the concrete eventually. Because rest of them are aleays occupied. Hotel is placed on a very busy street. The busiest in Dobra Voda i think, so a lot of noise. If you want to relax in a quiet place - this is not a good choice. Never coming back.

Amazing sea views, wonderful spa, nice studio, good food. The room was upgraded to a better one free of charge, with a nicer view - I appreciate that, cause the view from our balcony was truly stunning!

Unfortunately, there was no internet connection in the room. At the restaurant, however, the wifi was working well. That’s the only disappointment I have about our stay there.

Stay was pleasant and calm in April

Location is perfect, with spectacular view of the sea and sunset. Staff is helpful, buffet breakfast provides filling meal. Spa area is good enough, one of the pools is suitable for little children. All pools are very warm, sauna is hot and pleasant. Near the spa area there is playing room with staff, where you can leave child free of charge.

Sofa bed in living room was uncomfortable to sleep on due to a sagging mattress. Also there were no hooks in entryway to hang our clothes

The staff were very friendly. The facilities were very good and comfortable. They were very accommodating. The views were fantastic. The chef made some modifications to cater to our dietary needs. The spa was very relaxing and a lot of fun. Hannah at the kids play area was amazing with our daughter. She probably was the highlight of the trip for our daughter.

The description of the place was a bit off. Some of the photos of the place were not included in the stay (such as the outdoor pool and cabanas). They don't have a sandy private beach in the actual sense. They have a portion of waterfront for the hotel visitors, which gives access to the water. The waterfront is Stony. Some of the utilities didn't work during our stay and were not attended to during our stay.

The hotel was good, clean, convenient, and comfortable, easily accessible, in a very frequented place, near restaurants, markets, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. The staff was very kind, helpful for any request.

The beach and the access to it were made of cement, a little unsuitable especially for small children, but it's okay until you get used to it.

It´s a good Hotel, the price is justified. The beach has clear water and the spa is cute.

The Studio Apartment (opposite building) with sea view was really worth it, great view, nice design. You can see super sunsets & the beach. (view blocker to other balcony would ne nice) Breakfast is good, but please avoid the instant coffee from the machine, but order real coffee from the waitor. Roof top restaurant is a bit expensive for the quality, but the view is great.

The advertised pool on the roof top does not exist anymore, it was replaced by a restaurant. It´s misleading to keep the pictures of the roof top pool on the website and on the room TV The steam valve in the steam bath is not covered and in the 10 minutes I was in, I burned my foot and shortly after a kid. Please put a cover on it on the steam release, it´s really dangerous.

Pleasant

The hotel was located on the beach front so we had a great view from the terrace. The apartment was spacious but it didn't have 150m as advertised on booking. Beach bar, pool, places to sun bath etc. All the beach infrastructure was very good.

First of all I think it is not worth the price. The rooftop pool does not exist anymore - it was redone into a restaurant and there is no information about it. The spa area is small, there is an indoor pool (decent size), one big jacuzzi, one sauna and a salt room. That's all again not too much for the price. Breakfast was very limited, scrambled eggs were one solid block of eggs, coffee from the breakfast machine was horrible, overall very disappointing quality and quantity of food. There was also a lot of small things in our apartment that should not have a place in the hotel of that price and aspirations - one of the rooms was lacking one window shade so it was impossible to cover from the sun and people in the building next to us which was like 2 meters away from us. Fans in bathrooms when turned on had a very annoying sound of fan touching the frame which can drive you crazy. One bedroom had a broken door frame which made it impossible to close doors. Overall I would not recommend staying there because it is too expensive for what they have to offer.

Nice hotel almost worthy to be called a four-star

Excellent location, very beautiful rooms. Nice balcony with beautiful view to the sea. Comfortable beds. Good spa facility. Delicious breakfast, and with a beautiful view from the breakfast terrace. Nice swimming pool in the spa area. Very good and properly working steam room and salt room.

The sauna was a under heated. The air conditioner didn’t work in our room. They gave us a room upgrade because of these, what was nice, however, the air conditioner poorly worked in the upgraded room as well. We couldn’t pull down the temperature below 25 Celsius. The couch in the living room is so comfortable that it is virtually useless The hotel has a private beach with sunbaths and umbrellas, however, they let other people use it as well, so it’s extremely overcrowded. Especially comparing to the nearby hotels who protect the space and privacy for their guests. The couch in the living room is so uncomfortable, so it is virtually useless.
