The staff is what truly makes this resort feel like home. Everyone - from the reception team and housekeeping to the beach staff - was incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind.
Having a quiet pool is a great touch for those looking to relax.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh food and fruit.
The live music in the evenings created a wonderful atmosphere.
The secluded location is what makes this place truly special and magical.
We stayed for five days and were provided with only two Ness bags in the room. They are not replenished unless you specifically ask, which was disappointing.
The room was not properly cleaned during our stay- only the towels were changed daily. For a 4-star hotel, daily room cleaning should be standard.
Borovina is a beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere, but unfortunately the food and kitchen execution fell short of expectations. We ate there on our first night and ended up dining outside the resort for the rest of our stay.
The resort has an amazing location and exceptional staff, but a few improvements would better justify its 4-star rating and pricing.

Reception girls kindly offered to look after the luggage after check out for couple
of hours to allow me some extra time to unwind at the beach and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants .
It was slightly overpriced for the place. No disability access to wheel the luggage from the reception to the lifts or for anyone who has issues with stairs to get to the beach ( multiple levels of stairs to get to the lifts the way the property is structured . Whilst female staff at the reception always jumped
in to assist with luggage , male staff walked passed never offering a hand or worse looking away when they pass you so you would not be inclined to ask them for help.
