Exceptional service & beautiful sea views

Do yourself a favor and book your room now :) We went off season and the hotel felt like a retreat. We experience a very friendly & thoughtful service during our stay. We booked a deluxe room and we got upgraded to a junior suite which was really appreciated. The room was spacious and well appointed with a beautiful sea view. The shower is one of the best we ever had in hotels. We loved our breakfast which was made of typical products and as it was our first time in Montenegro we really appreciated eating local food. Thank you Danilo & Pavle who took care of us during our trip. They were exceptional, so professional and so friendly. For sure they made our stay more beautiful.

A quiet place to relax

Good breakfasts and dinners, large hotel area with beautiful nature and air, friendly staff, private beach, entertainment (tennis court, table tennis, sub-surf, car-rental service)

A small gym, no co-working space, no heated pools, weird housekeeping job (we had to leave notes asking for replacements for items we ran out of) The hotel is located in boring and small town, so if you are looking for entertainment and restaurants, it is better to take a car and go to other cities(-:

Lovely hote, would definitely stay again

We had a free upgrade and end up with the sea view room. Very clean and nice room. When we arrive there was a nice welcome from the reception staff. Complementary bowl of fruits a nice touch. At night restaurant has a life music with beautiful views. I was surprised that it wasn't very expensive which a nice bonus. The only one complaint i have is a €10 per day charge for parking. They had a large private parking, so absolutely no need to pay. Can find a free spot outside. Otherwise, really nice hotel.

Breakfast very same every day, tasted good, but need a little variety. Coffee was very bad for a 4 star hotel.

We enjoyed the stay a lot

The beach is amazing! It is not very clearly seen by the photos on Booking, but it has lots of corners with access to the water so that all the guests can find a best suitable place for them. Beach towels can be rented for a refundable deposit of 20 EUR. The food was really good, breakfast contained a lot of positions, and the dinner was everyday different, so we enjoyed this part as well. Please beware dinner doesn’t contain drinks, but the hotel offers a menu and you can order drinks for separate price. The territory is very green with much shadow which is very helping while the hot sunny day. There are cats and we also saw a hedgehog. The employees were really nice and helpful!

The dinner offers lots of sweet dessert options, but the drinks menu doesn’t contain coffee or tea so we couldn’t order it, would be nice to have this opportunity

Worth every penny

Everything was almost perfect. 2 swimming pools, the see, 3 restaurants with tasty food. There were always enough sunbeds and there was newer a queue in the restaurant.

A lovely place to chill, enjoy the sunshine and sea.

Great breakfast every day. Lovely pool and sea front. Lots of loungers and umbrellas. Beautiful surroundings and our two bedroom villa was perfect for a family with 2 children. With a small kitchen and proper fridge we could store cold drinks and snacks, very useful.

It was very difficult to get a drink with dinner (I know this sounds ridiculous but quite annoyed us at the time). Tap water was out right refused - the hotel 'does not recommend it for drinking', which as we had been in Montenegro for a week already drinking the tap water we found this very frustrating. It wasn't possible to order a full size bottle of wine with dinner (madness surely a missed opportunity to make money) so we just devised our own work arounds.

Mediocre

It was peaceful and not crowded which we appreciated the most.

After the rain during the night that stopped by 7am, the staff would not bother to clean the outdoor balcony so that you can have a morning coffee at 11am-12pm, so we had to go to the nearby hotel to have a coffee. Same situation for 3 days in a row. Food variety was mediocre, almost same food every day. We also had issues with the payment, as genius booking holder we had some discount on the price and paid everything in advance (except of city tax & insurance) and the hotel staff wanted to bill us the difference between the booking price and their usual rates which was cca €75 more. If we didn’t have a proof of the payment they would have made us pay extra. And they refused to accept that it was their mistake. Such things should not happen for the ‘reputable’ hotel resort who has been working with booking.com before, like they are not in sync. Overall, not worth the money.

Price,noise and food concerns

I absolutely loved the level of privacy this hotel offered. It felt like our own little oasis, far from the bustling world outside. The fact that the beach was so close to the hotel was a huge plus. The resort's spacious layout was perfect, . It never felt crowded, and we could enjoy the surroundings in peace and there was also a lot of Natural Shade

Unfortunately, the loud music at night was a significant downside. It made it difficult to sleep and unwind after a long day of activities. Additionally it was concerning that my friend fell ill, likely due to the food, experiencing vomiting and diarrhea during our stay. This certainly impacted our overall experience negatively. It was disappointing to find out that there was no water available during dinner. This is a basic necessity that should be readily provided. One major issue was the discrepancy between the price we were initially quoted for four people during booking and the much higher amount we were charged upon arrival. This inconsistency left a sour taste in our mouths. improvements are needed in terms of nighttime noise levels, ensuring basic amenities like water are consistently available, and maintaining pricing transparency for guests.

Excellent view, beautiful garden, nice swimming pool, tennis court! Perfectly!

Deposit for towels by cash. It's a really complicated procedure lack of drinking water available on the floor, for example coolers (could have a cup of tea or cold water)

Not a great experience

Rooms and accomodation look fine, however during the entire stay our airco was out of order.

Service and quality of food and drinks in the restaurant is terrible. Pool area is very crowded with day guests and service for drinks and food (as well as quailty of food) is not very good. There is also a small appalling Zoo, this is an absolute disgrace and should be stoppef immediately. All in all this is not a hotel that I shall reccomend

Breathtaking resort with exceptional service.

One of the best vacations so far! We enjoyed our stay at the resort and all of it's amenities that it has to offer. It is ideal for couples and families as well. Food is exceptional, and the staff is always happy and there to help or provide information. They are always pleasant, friendly, and in a good mood. The overall scenery and the sunset is otherworldly. Plenty of covered parking space in the resort. We'll definitely visit again!

..very nice location, sea view, very good, well organized beach with different ambiences.. ..the sea water is clean and clear, relatively warm for the moth of jun..

..maybe the relation between kitchen line and terrace of restaurant is complicated for that number of people.. ..also, a few details in our room could be improved.. ..like materials in the bath room, the shower, etc..
