Location close to the river. Quite close to Temple Bar too. A convenience store not far away as well

Difficulty in making contact as the arrival date was approaching giving rise to anxiety about access. It was okay and worked in the end.

Needs some form of hooks or towel rail in the bathroom. Bins in the bedroom too would be useful.

The location is very central. There is a disabled parking bay right by the door . There was a lift to all floors. Bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. Although the views From the windows were of a fire escape (with rubbish beneath) used by the housekeeper who could see into the bedrooms. The Kitchen was small but adequate. For young, agile guests this accommodation is fine, and also Central, even if it is a bit noisy.

Unfortunately, For 3 older ladies with varying mobility needs this property was not suitable. The sofa was too low for any of us to sit down, so we had to sit on. Uncomfortable dining chairs all the time. Sleeping arrangements, the two beds were comfortable but the sofa bed wasn't. It was hard and uncomfortable. And as previously mentioned very low so it was a real struggle to get out. Worst was the bathroom. The toilet was exceptionally low with no grab rails. The shower was inaccessible as there was no room to safely enter or exit the overbath shower because the glass partition was fixed in place leaving a narrow entrance between it and a wall; and there were no grab rails or non slip mat to help access. It was dangerous getting in and out. The bathroom was tatty with a bad finish. No shelf for Ladies to put Their cosmetics, or even toothbrush,! The promotion pictures were much better than our apartment, #2
