It was a spacious two bedroom two bath apartment. The street noise can be quite loud with the windows open.
The process of getting the keys, parking the car and then having to take the bags around the block to the entrance is a bit cumbersome. There does not appear to be a way to get down to the car park from the apartments.

Price and size is excellent. We got everything we need in the room. The rooms are large and comfy.
Environment, and main apartment condition. We think it surrounding with homeless. The main door of the building is broken. The lift is low maintenance, not in a good condition. The alarm was fault and wake the whole building at 4am.

Location was great.
The apartment is outdated and needs to be fixed up. We had silverfish on the floor and counters in the kitchen. The paint is peeling off in one of the bathrooms, fausets are loose or broken.
