Great Location, big room, Nice views

Good location. Walking distance to all of Dublin’s city areas. Public transport just outside to travel beyond that.
Street noise can be quite load by bearable.

Kitchen open great layout and easy to use
Love washer and dryer unit
Bed was comfortable
the company does not own property so no help when fire alarm kept going off. They couldn't help and wouldn't tell us how to reach owner
Sofa VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
Need to spend some money to update bathroom.
Mold and mildew around tub. Floorboards rotting.
Bare lightbulb for lighting in bathroom
Towels so threadbare had holes in them
