Spacious unit big enough for my family of 4. Online check in makes the whole process of check in key collection very easy. Brilliant location, very close to all the city centre attractions and a 10-15 min walk to Temple bar

The windows don’t stop much noise, there is a tramline outside that runs between 05:00-00:00. Pillows, they had plenty but none were very comfortable.

Felt EXTREMELY UNSAFE in my room at night!!!! There was no chain or extra deadbolt on the door. It was evident that there had been, but have been taken off. Anyone with a main key could have come in my room at night…and 2 out of my 3 nights someone attempted to get in. The 2nd night an angry male voice, while turning my door handle and trying to enter, shouted twice “lady you are not allowed to do that”. He was upset that I had jammed the door in an effort to try and protect myself. There was a large radiator close enough to the door that I was able to jam my suitcase and a chair between the radiator and door. I had it secured tightly so that the only way someone could enter would be if they pulled the radiator off the wall which would have been virtually impossible. My room was in a hallway by itself. There was no other apartment in my corridor so I didn’t overhear someone next door. Also, my building felt very sketchy. There often was someone leaning against the main door on the street waiting to come in when someone made entry with their key fob. The elevator constantly smelled like weed and the building felt very low rent.

Couldn’t get hot water in one of the bathrooms. The instruction for the oven was for a different model as installed in flat nr 113, so we struggled a bit with turning it on.

The floor was very badly swollen from a leak, so much so that the bathroom door could only be opened with force because it scratched the floor. The walls and borders had not been repaired since then. The water in the bathtub barely drained, it was constantly clogged. There was no socket in the bathroom. The rooms are cold, the cold pours in through the window. You can hear the people on the street and the tram as if the window was open. The picture frame in the living room is torn. The cupboards were dirty. There was standing water in the pantry. I don't understand how you can rent out an apartment like this.

the company does not own property so no help when fire alarm kept going off. They couldn't help and wouldn't tell us how to reach owner Sofa VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. It was great for a group. Overall configuration was fine. We used the murphy bed even though it wasn't shared as info when I didn't send the room configuration (didn't know Booking didn't share with property)

It was confusing that the bed configurations are changeable so I didn't understand what I didn't understand about the reservation. Also, loading / unloading near the location is tricky with traffic.

Parnell Corner Apartments - Good location

Location was very good and close to grocery shops and pubs. Bedrooms were clean. Were able to walk to museums, Art galleries and other sightseeing places. Staff were responsive and helpful and they tried very hard to fix the issues we had.

In main bathroom the shower doors did not close so floor was wet after each use. Even though have two bathrooms, do notvrecommend showering at same time as hot water pressure very uneven. Terrace was very dirty with lots of seagull poop everywhere so of no use for guests (was advertized as LUXURY apt with terrace). Dining room chair upholstery ripped and in very poor shape. Did not feel comfortable sitting on them. No power outlet in bathroom so could not use hairdryer and electric shaver while looking in the mirror.

Extremely noisy location.

The size of the apartment.

We stayed in suite 37, right above Tesco Express and has all the windows facing the street where a tram is passing both ways. The noise of the street and especially the tram is very high no matter if the windows are open or closed. I would not recommend the apartment as we didn’t have a comfortable staying. The apartment is managed by a company, we’ve wrote them that it is very noisy, never answered back. The furniture is old, the mattress is very firm but the main issue is the noise of the street and tram.

We booked accommodation for 6 adults, but at check-in we were given a room with a bunk bed meant for children — none of the adults could fit in it. The reception staff initially refused to change the room to one with proper beds, but eventually they did. The furniture was old and worn-out, and the room clearly needs renovation. All the beds had spring mattresses, one of which was badly sagging — we had to put a pillow on it just to be able to sleep. Only two sets of keys were provided for six people. The balcony and windows were very dirty. The hot water in the shower wasn’t enough for six people — some of us had to shower in cold water. There were also unpleasant smells in the room.

Large, beautiful apartment in Dublin.

The apartment was very nice and large with huge windows overlooking Parnell Street and balconies in every bedroom. There were bathrooms for every bedroom. The furnishings were very modern, and you could tell the place had been renovated pretty recently. This apartment was very comfortable for our (adult) family to hang out in and relax. The location had us walking about 15-25 minutes through town to get to most attractions. Grocery stores were right there as well as street market.

The only real issue was the noise from the street below. There were trams and buses and trucks very late into the night and again early in the morning. Since there was no air conditioning, we had the windows open and had our sleep interrupted by these noises.

When we arrived the building was having issues with the water. We were warned maintenance would be coming. We checked all the faucets and everything was working except for the kitchen sink. We left for the evening and when we returned the showers no longer were running. I called the 24 hour service desk and reported it and was told maintenance would come in the morning. We left for a day trip and when we returned around 6:30pm the showers still were not working. I called the desk again and the person at the desk was not aware of our situation, but called maintenance again and assured me they would come that evening. While we were out that evening they fixed it. It was disappointing not to have running showers for over 24 hours after a long travel. Once the showers were fixed however they remaining in working condition for the remainder of our stay The apartment was really hot. There were no screens on the windows so we never left them open unless we were home. It would have been nice to have some fans.

Dublin apartment

The apartment was a great size for 5 friends travelling together. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With a pull down sofa bed in the lounge. We were told the beds would be single which would have been great as we were 5 women travelling together. But they were all made up as doubles. Not a huge problem though. Apartment was very clean but communal areas were quite smelly.with odours from cooking from oth.er apartments. Great location just off Oconnell Street.Staff were very helpful on check in. I would recommend.

Great location but not well sound-proofed

The location was really good, a 15 minute walk to Temple Bar and well connected to the airport too. The size of the flat was really good and was well furnished.

Unfortunately the street was super noisy and lots of garbage trucks going back and forward. The windows were not thick enough to not hear the constant noise during the early morning. Also the flat was only set to have hot water in the morning which was not a pleasant surprise when arrived in the late afternoon.

We didn't quite get what we asked for.The beds were made as doubles not 4 singles as requested.There was a shortage of necessary bed linen. The bath taps only worked as a shower but not as bath taps. Some parts like the small settee and some of the furniture were well worn.

We were told we would have private parking for €10 a day but when we arrived we were told they have no parking and had to pay €38 a day. Bed in one room left everyone very itchy so the whole family had to sleep in one bed
