Apartment In Best Location Dublin

The location was unbelievable! Couldn't believe how central and conveniently located we were. The apartment is compact but has everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and a really satisfying shower! Amazing value for money. Great breakfast in Murphy's Bistro downstairs and loads of shops and restaurants nearby!

We could have benefitted from a 2nd set of keys as 1 between 4 of us was a bit tricky to organise but appreciate that this might be tricky with the building keys.

The location of the apartment is excellent. It is right in the city center, with many cafés and restaurants nearby. Temple Bar is only about a 5-minute walk away. There are also stops for the Hop-on Hop-off bus close by. A shopping center and the main city area are within walking distance. The stop for Dublin Express, which connects the airport to the city, is about 5 minutes away. The apartment is spacious enough and has two bedrooms. It is located in a residential complex, which makes it quiet and peaceful. The host who welcomed us was responsive through Booking and very friendly.

There are a few small downsides to the accommodation, but they did not affect our visit to the city. The cleanliness of the kitchen equipment could be improved. The TV does not work, although we did not need it during our stay.

A acomodação está muito bem localizada, o espaço está bem decorado, mas apenas decorado. Pouca coisa funciona.

Eu não gostei da limpeza, o apartamento estava sujo, o banheiro estava sujo, é uma acomodação com dois quartos de casal e tinha apenas duas toalhas, uma em cada quarto. O interfone não funciona. Está fazendo muito calor e a porta da varanda não abre, só tinha 1 rolo de papel higiênico, um shower gel praticamente vazio e sem tampa, tentamos varrer a casa mas a vassoura estava quebrada, toda enferrujada. Não tem instrução para reciclar o lixo. A torneira da pia não fecha, fica derramando água 24 horas, o exaustor do banheiro não funciona, tem dois microondas, completamente desnecessários, dias TVs que nenhuma funciona, a internet não funciona, não tinha material básico de limpeza, nem seque uma bucha para lavar a louça. O acesso da entrada para o apartamento é extremamente confuso e mal orientado pelos funcionários, eles não respondem as mensagens na plataforma, nem WhatsApp e não atendem as chamadas. Foi uma pessima experiencia. Eu tenho o Booking e Airbnb há mais ou menos 20 anos e nunca vi nada assim. Um absurdo! Eu acho que a plataforma deveria inspecionar mais os anfíbios.
