Decent but won’t be back

The size of the place was good and there were some decent upgrades. Beds were comfortable.

Desperately needs a paint job, both walls and trim. My bedroom had a hole in the wall. Found out it’s a rough area. Very loud in the street below, people screaming during the night and banging trucks in the early morning. Expensive for all that.

Good apartment great for city break

Friendly staff, good location the team stop was close by even the buses (when they turned up) were close, nice and clean. Enough milk and coffee to get you started. The location of the shops was good and thankfully but to many stairs.

There was no coffee table, so hard to find places for drinks, no bedside tables or sockets near all the beds, also no bedside lights so very hard to read at night. One of the ceiling lights was out also. Possibly need a little more noise proofing it wasn't extremely bad but you could hear shouting and general noise from the road.

Affordable, comfy beds, great pub underneath. Rooms need a bit of TLC but does the job.

Good for the price we paid. Comfy clean beds, complimentary teas, coffees and self catering equipment. Pub on the ground floor is great, staff and locals very friendly.

One of the rooms had some black mould/damp near the windows and the main light in the bedroom didn’t work so just had to use the lamps. Also the toilet seat was broken/sliding on arrival. Location is close to the city but the area isn’t great, unfortunately seemed to be quite a lot of trouble outside and nearby over the few nights stay.

Fully equipped apartment, very clean and comfortable. Pub below was fantastic, live music and even offered 10% discount on drinks if you show your keys. €6 for a Guinness (€5.40 with discount) - in comparison to around €10 near temple bar area.

Very close to the train tracks, not good if you’re easily disturbed but we were fine.

Loved the cleanliness of the unit - all facilities in the apartment were excellent. Close to everything and transport. Staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful . Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Dublin.

Nice place and friendly staff, noise is the main drawback

The arrival process was smooth and on time, and the staff at Molloy’s pub were very friendly and helpful when checking us in. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and everything worked as expected. It also looks like it has been recently renovated, which made the stay comfortable once we had settled in. The location is convenient, close to the centre, within walking distance of supermarkets, and with easy access to transport for the airport and train station.

When we arrived it was -1°C outside, yet a couple of windows had been left wide open and all the heating was off, so it took several hours to warm the apartment to a comfortable temperature, which was surprising given the weather. The major issue, however, is the noise: the train tracks run literally a few metres away from the living room and bedroom windows, making it extremely loud from around 6am until midnight. Guests should definitely bring good earplugs.

Good value Dublin apartment

We booked the 2 bedroom standard apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious. The beds were very comfy. The complimentary kitchen and bathroom items were much appreciated and a nice touch. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment is a short 10 minute walk to O'Connell Street and about 20 minutes walk to Temple Bar so a good central location. We liked cosy molloy's Pub and it was nice to have a nightcap then go straight to our apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

The only problem was that a train line is only a couple of metres from the window so was noisy. The trains don't run between midnight and 6 AM. Take good earplugs and you'll be fine!

Excellent stay, couldn't have been more satisfied.

The apartment was right above the historical Molloy's pub (I couldn't put in words how convenient this is... you even get a 10% discount when you stay there), which gives it a great vibe from the very first moment. The staff were all nice to us, and very kind throughout our stay - they let us store our bags for free before check-in and after check-out. The beds were all comfy, the bathroom was spotless. The kitchen was decently equipped for some at-home cooking, and we really appreciated the welcome pack we found, with coffee, tea, bottled water, biscuits, and crisps. The location is also prime, very convenient as a base to wander around and explore the city centre and transfer from/to the airport. Wifi worked great. The 3br apartment also comes with 2 TVs (not that you need it much when you travel, but, still!)

I can't find much to say here, to be fair. The kitchen knives are a bit "fiddly", I found their blade dull, they could be replaced. There could be a couple of larger pans, and it'd be nice to also have a toaster.

The property was very up to date, very clean and beds were super comfy. Had everything you needed for a short stay including hair dryer. Staff were welcoming and you get additional 10% off drinks in Molloy bar (which is a busy local, proving how good the place is!)

The only downside to this was the location, I know this is something that cannot be helped. However rest assured the locals in the hostel over the road caused us no issues at all, we did see a few people around that we wouldn’t approach but apart from that there is no other complaint. Everything was perfect and the staff are super friendly. Everything was around 10/15 minutes walking from where we were.

The staff were very accommodating. The apartment was well located for all forms of public transport. Walking to the main touristy areas was also very easy and about a 10 min walk to main street.

Reall rough area.

Appartment was really clean, modern and comfy.

The location was in a very rough end of town. Literally only 5m from a train track. Homeless people, drunks, drug dealers all around. Did not feel safe comimg or going from the appartmemt either in the daytime or at night. Also, the Irish music nights are only on Friday's and Saturday's, which was dissapointing because we were not there then. The kitchen tap would not run cold water - only scalding hot! Had to fill the kettle with the cold tap in the bathroom.

I did not feel safe.

Bed was comfortable.

Foul smell in bathroom, silverfish crawling out of drain in the shower, dirty floor & dust & hair under bedside table. When we checked in there was no mention if live music, the Booking.com site did not mention music & it was mentioned a ‘quiet time’ from 11pm-8am. The band was literally under our room, we could feel the music, it stopped at 12am. In addition to this the cigarette smoke filtering into our room from the street from people from the pub was gross. On Sat night there was effectively a street party, yelling, screaming, fighting, vomitting & the police arrived. This ended ar 1.20am-ish. I would also like to note on the wall it mentions no loud noises & treating people with respect…we have not been treated respectively. Incredibly disappointed as we were so excited to go to Dublin. I have never complained like this and as a long term using of Booking.com we have never had any problems and organised numerous overseas holidays but this accom needs to be seriously reviewed. I did not feel safe.
