    Stayed here for three nights and had a pleasant overall experience. The hotel is within walking distance of Dublin city centre, with convenience stores, pubs and cafés nearby, making it a great base for exploring the city. The hotel feels modern, is well maintained, and the room was clean. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and there was a good selection of TV channels, including live coverage of the 2026 World Cup. A few things to note: during the summer, the room can become quite warm as the windows only open slightly. Opening the window further allows more street noise into the room. There is no fan or air conditioning, which may make sleeping less comfortable on warmer nights. The bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, which may be less convenient for older guests or those with limited mobility or a larger build.

    On the pros: The hotel is located in a walkable area, close to major transportation hubs and walkable to the North and Southside attractions. Staff was nice and helped carry my luggage to my room. Breakfast was ok. On the cons: I didn’t realize requesting a quiet room meant I would be placed in one of the further higher parts of the building (it’s an old building that was transformed to a hotel). I think if I’d known that, I probably wouldn’t have chose it cause the room was located so far from the entrance and reception that it was highly inconvenient since the pathway to and for was confusing even with signage (lots of weird stairway routes). Plus, it was not that quiet anyway with the sounds of the trains anyway. Also there was some musty old socks that wasn’t cleaned up in the room. Please note: not ideal for the summer as there is no AC (it’s an older building so not surprising), but they do offer a fan. Dublin cools down quick so I was able to sleep okay woth the windows open. Offers less amenities compared to other 3 star hotels I’ve been at.
