Great location. Not worth the Price.

The location was great and easy to walk to everything in centre. Nice bars and cafes nearby.

Key cards not working when we arrived. Dirty throw on bed. Hair in shower. Shower head also dirty. Tea / coffee/ milk not enough for the number of guests. Water pressure poor in shower.

Great location in Dublin. Very central. And quiet too! The shower was nice and hot. We cooked in the kitchen, which had enough utensils.

I couldn’t figure out the controls for the heating in room 1. The radiator on the wall was on, which heated the room adequately, but I didn’t know if the wall heating control panel was for some other mode of heater. More instructions, please!

- The floors were a bit sticky — likely due to residue from excessive cleaning products rather than dirt. - The hot water was inconsistent, and at times unavailable. - Certain fixtures would benefit from maintenance or upgrades (e.g., broken or leaking shower head, broken closet doors, etc.). - The kitchen could use a few additional utilities, such as kitchen towels, a drying rack, more than two forks, and a salad bowl.

Good location, quiet and has everything you need but definitely not luxury.

Room needed a refurb. No hot water for a shower on the final day. Bed very small, with bright light right above the top bunk that disrupted sleep. Unhappy about being informed at very short notice I had to pay a 100 EUR deposit to use the room I shad already paid for.

Studio tucked away

The kitchenette and room were fitted out really well. (But cramped as an extra 3 rd bed was in there.No space to put our luggage really). Very quiet location close to alot of things including Trinity, hop on buses and park and river.

Firstly our keys did not work to open our room. I emailed and no answer. We went looking for help and found a lovely helpful cleaner. She got us more keys. It took us about 30-45 minutes to get into the room. The skylight blind in room 303 did not close so very early wake up each day.

The room was nice and comfortable. I probably wouldn't stay again due to the location.

The room was quite comfortable and clean. We didn't really interact with our hosts much other than via e-mail, but getting the keys from the lock box was self-explanatory.

The kitchen was very small, but we weren't planning on using it during our stay, so it didn't matter much to us. We didn't get the code for the door or instructions about the lock box until right before we were allowed to check in. In fact, I sent several messages throughout the day asking for instructions, wanting to plan ahead a bit. Fortunately, I decided to purchase an international extension to my cell phone plan for our time in Ireland; otherwise, it would have been a hassle to go somewhere with wi-fi in order to get the instructions to enter the room. The condo isn't in the greatest part of town, and there is only metered parking available for those planning on renting a car.

Warning to future guests: • Staff moved our belongings without permission — even after I explicitly told them not to. • Extremely noisy at night, especially around 3 a.m., because the ground floor has a common facilities room right under some of the guest rooms. The soundproofing is terrible — you’ll hear everything. • We requested a room change. At first, they said a room on the second floor would be ready in 10 minutes, then later said they didn’t know when it would be ready. • While we were out, they still entered our room and moved our things without consent. • Rooms are poorly maintained — walls are old, dirty, and in need of renovation

When I checked in room wasn't ready called the member of the staff he arrived gave me the key when I went inside the room it had awful smell and the floor had black marks couldn't take it. When I address the issue they played mind games and refused to refund me .The property has lack of hygiene

Appalling checkin that made me doubt whether the place even existed.

Great location basic studio

Checkin was very stressful & appalling communication. I didn’t think the place existed & the cleaner had to get the checkin codes for me & another family waiting outside the door. I saw the same thing happening with a group of 6 people waiting to get in the next day. This problème REALLY needs to be rectified as I think it’s damaging to booking.com réputation and intégrity.

Great location for a stay

Comfortable room, great location, great value for money.

I was given the code for the front door prior to my first night, was out the next day and returned that evening to get ready for a function I was going to. Could not gain access by using the code. Rang the contact number and whn I explained what had happened the person said oh yeah, we changed the code...it is now x y z. I could have been anyone trying to get in, but it would have been nice if I had been informed.

There is no lock on the door! I had a bad experience last time when a member of staff burst in unannounced. So I was really on edge the whole time since there's no lock on the door. Also the TV didn't work.

Great option for short city stay!

The location is really central and safe place in the city. Modern decor though note the rustic style. Nice bathroom, good shower and small kitchenette with tea and coffee provided.

The decor felt a little unfinished but I realised that was possibly the rustic style they are going for. It is self check in which has pros and cons. Helpful staff I spoke to by phone and a secure entrance but a solo traveler might prefer a staffed reception. Helps keep the price down I’m sure and works well for what it offers.

Refundable Deposit Required (and not since returned)

24 hours before arrival I found out I needed to spend EURO100 on a refundable deposit to get the keys. One month on I haven't received the deposit. How many times has this happened? I wouldnt recommend on this basis

It was an average experience and check out to early

Clean bathroom

Check out too early. Room was ok, very noisy outside and between rooms. Disaster trying to get codes multiple emails we had people waiting outside until 4.39 and I had requested a 3pm check in and had paid full before the arrival. Which had been accepted by email. Did not email me directly the codes sent to staff member with all codes including mine!

Didn't feel safe

Clean and functional bathroom, lovely hot and high pressured shower. Comfortable bed.

Window lock was broken. I wrote to the staff and I was told it would be looked at tomorrow. While I was staying in a down stairs room with people passing by on a busy street. I didn't sleep well for worry someone might come. Did not make me feel safe as a woman staying alone. In addition, there was no lock on the door, it opened with the key card. No other lock. Pre check I was told there should be 2 key cards. One to stay in the box as an emergency. When I checked in there was only one. I was paranoid that someone may have taken the other key and might come in during the night. Dirty cups in cupboard, lack of curtains meaning the room was bright at night and very noisy from both the room and other guests.

A quite expensive night in a seemingly unfinished or under construction room

The bed was fine and that’s what I needed, a bed for the night.

The walls of my room were..kinda raw looking. As if there was wallpaper but it had been ripped off. There also was a bit of a vague smell, maybe from those walls. Either way all in all I thought it was kinda an expensive night for the way it looked.

Loved the property loved that it was unmanned, loved that when you arrived you popped in a code and you had the keys easy!!

Nothing really. The description was perfect. It was a studio apartment, i.e. there is no walls between the rooms or doors. As described, though.
