I booked this accommodation with some doubts after reading several reviews from other guests mentioning issues with access, communication with the staff, the deposit, cleanliness, etc. However, I decided to book it because, for Dublin, it was one of the more affordable options I found.
After staying in the family room with five beds, I can honestly say that everything went perfectly and I would stay here again.
The location is excellent, around a 15-minute walk from Trinity College, which made it very convenient for exploring Dublin on foot. The staff were also very kind and, as the room was ready, they kindly allowed us to check in one hour earlier than the official check-in time.
It is true that a few days before arrival you receive a link to pay a €100 deposit, which I hadn’t seen clearly specified anywhere when booking. However, everything was straightforward and secure, and the deposit was returned three working days after our stay without any problems.
Apart from that, our stay was excellent. The room had a small kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and we had no problems at all with check-in. We also met a member of the cleaning staff who was very friendly, and communication with the staff was quick and easy whenever we needed anything.
For two nights, the room was ideal for us and, honestly, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed in a family room on the fourth floor. The lift only goes up to the third floor, so you have to use the stairs for the last part, which is worth knowing if you have heavy luggage.

Perfect location, very clean and had everything we needed.
Quite expensive for the apartment itself. Was also given an incorrect code for the front door so had to get in contact to get the correct code.

Location was great! Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Perfect for a family of 4. I also liked there were tvs in both rooms.
The floors were so dirty they made our feet black. The make shift closet door broke when I opened it and fell on me.
