Cleanses and price is reasonable.
The process of picking up the key is not ready handy and straight forward. The location is hard to find even thought there is an instruction video.

The property was great, kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and milk and all the crockery etc you along with a tea towel, and washing up liquid and sponge. Also a dishwasher and tablets if needed. The balcony was a fantastic touch as the view was amazing over the canal dock especially at night. There was shampoo and shower gel and towels in the bathrooms as well with ample room in the wardrobes. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and comfortable bed
Quick response from staff when sheets were needed
We booked that day for a last minute trip, No sheets when we arrived and had to wait to make up a sofa bed when we got there as had not specified we needed them. (They should be provided given we were four people)Very poor drainage in the master room shower and sink. Water pump made a very loud noise
