It’s in a great location, beds were nice
It was not a premium property, despite being marketed as one. It smelled damp and stale, with multiple plug in air fresheners in every room to cover it up. There were no bedside lamps, nothing you needed to actually cook (no utensils, chapping boards etc (although they did supply these things a day after I asked for them). There was no kitchen bin. It was superficially clean but dusty / and dirty in corners, cupboards etc. It was also very noisy from the house above. It would be very easy with some minimum nice touches to make this the premium property is was advertised as.
