We arrived late, and I've called the office to report that the keys aren't generated in the app. They say it is normal and will be generated where we are, next to the doors. Where we were in front of the doors, the keys still did not work, so there was no way to enter the apartment. Then we were informed that our apartment is another apartment, and we tried again, still failed, then we restarted the app, used another phone to download the app and generate keys, then used another app to generate keys, all failed. After around 1h next to the doors, we took a taxi to pick up plastic cards, and around 2h later (1:30 am), we entered the apartment that WAS NOT what I booked.

1. I paid and booked for ANOTHER apartment 2. Apartment was dirty, low quality, etc - I will never book this again. Do not recommend; check real photos. 3. The staff was unhelpful, and didn't figure it out how to move us to the right appartment.

Good for a night or two..

Beds were comfy, towels provided! Clean and convenient. About 20 minute walk to the tram and not to far from train station.

You have to pick up the keys which are located 30 minutes away from the place you are staying at. (and the address doesn’t match maps so can be confusing, especially if you’re not familiar with Dublin) The staff weren’t really helpful, and took ages to respond considering it was meant to be 24/7 on call this needs work. The round window in the bedroom that has no blind or cover so you’re woken up at the crack of dawn because it lets so much light through.

Fantastic location, so easy to access and very comfortable !

The location was central to everything we wanted to do and had easy bus access to our from the airport and to and from the tour buses.

We would have loved to be able to make real coffee instead of instant but that was a minor detail.

It felt very damp throughout the property. It would have been nice to know that the stairs in the property were so steep as one of our party had mobility issues. There was limited seating in the living area and we couldn’t figure out the TV (instructions would have been good). Getting the key from so far away meant our first day was very disjointed. Felt the fixtures, fittings and furniture were cheap and didn’t match the location.

Good value for Dublin during festivities.

It was literally down the block from Trinity college. It was in a quiet area.

The hot water is rationed ( think this is normal in Dublin). There were 4 of us, each taking a 7 min shower. And the hot water ran out. So 2of us had to take a shower on the cold.

The unnecessarily complicated system used to get into the property. What’s wrong with a lock box or key pad, upkey the system used by the letting company, frequently left you wondering if it would let you in. May be good in theory but for those who have not used it before quite stressful and I am not a techno phobe

It’s so expensive for the very small flat.

The property is in good location,

however I never expect that so small it was for a 4 adults and a child and the bathroom is quite weird, my son hit his head due to low ceiling and the water turns off while we having a shower.

The location and the apartment were both nice.

The boiler system. For our stay we only ever got hot water when we boosted the system, luckily the heating was electric, so we weren't cold.

Great location in a very nice neighborhood centrally located

The apartment was at a great quiet and nice neighborhood central to where we wanted to go.

The pick up location for registration and for the keys were not conveniently located close to the apartment. Therefore, upon arrival we had to travel to two separate locations in Dublin with all of our luggage. We were not informed this would be the case upon booking. Ideally, you want to go to one destination to register and access your room.

We did not stay at this apartment as it was double booked. Replacement accommodation was in an entirely different district and though in a desired area, nothing like the original booking other than sleeps 4.

Not at this property, at replacement Sofa bed was uncomfortable for my daughters.

Great to stay

Great apartment. Big living room with dining opportunity. Two separate sleeping rooms and also two bathrooms. Good location Possibility to leave luggage in the main office for free after check-out. This was highly appreciated by us.

Key to be collected in the main office. This is a bit uncomfortable as the office is 30 min away from the apartment. (not necessary for return of the key) Water boiler next to the rooms can be a bit loud at night. But it can easily be switched off.

Дуже зручно було відкривати апартаменти через програму. Апартаменти неподалік від центру, тому ми могли ходити в місто пішки. Самі апартаменти - дуже просторі і чисті. На кухні було все необхідне для приготування іжі. Поруч був чудовий ресторан Schoolhouse, там було дуже смачно вечеряти. Ми дуже задоволені. Щиро дякуємо!
