The location was fabulous - easy access to the beach and town, and great to have a parking spot. The flat was clean and easy to access on the day of arrival- very clear instructions on how to get the keys. We were worried about the stairs as my mum is in her 70’s but actually they were fine and secure.
One balcony door was harder to open than the other.

Great location, there is a path at the side of the property which takes you down into town. We lived watching the boats, listening to the owls and the flat was lovely.
There is work on the house at the end and twice our car was blocked in my the workmen parking there. Also one parked under the bedroom window every morning at 7am and then banged around getting his tools out, so no laying! The spiral stairs are a bit of a challenge.
