Ideal location!

Stairs and hills, we've definitely had a work out here

Great location, there is a path at the side of the property which takes you down into town. We lived watching the boats, listening to the owls and the flat was lovely.

There is work on the house at the end and twice our car was blocked in my the workmen parking there. Also one parked under the bedroom window every morning at 7am and then banged around getting his tools out, so no laying! The spiral stairs are a bit of a challenge.

Location exceptional. On hill overlooking the beach, which was a 5 minute walk away. Views amazing. Nicely decorated and furnished. Comfortable bed and sofa/chairs. Kitchen well-equipped.

The spiral metal staircase leading to the front door - and all the windows - were strewn with cobwebs (had clearly been there a while) which detracted from the appearance of the property. I swept the balcony on arrival as it was very dirty and covered in bits of moss that birds drop from the roof. The railing on the balcony needed a clean too. Strange that these things were missed as inside property was clean.
