A fab stay in a great apartment

Disappointing and not clean.
Close to town. Parking space
It wasn’t clean. You could just tell that whoever cleaned it did a quick “cosmetic” job and didn’t care at all. Lots of cobwebs everywhere. Also the twin bedroom desperately needs some TLC. Kitchen OK but plenty of chipped crockery and no kitchen towel provided.

Lovely location really poor value for money.
Location easy access to the seafront and town. Good sea glimpses. Some interesting prints. Sitting room was large and a good place to sit and eat.
The entrance was uninviting as there was a small narrow lead in too the the very small front door. All of the fixtures and fittings were rather poor for the money that we paid for this property. Plastic bathroom loo seat for example. Dirty and cheap carpets. Two flat cushions only. No central heating and rather inefficient dimplex radiators. Small bathroom if there were more than two people staying would be a problem. Glass table was really difficult to clean.

There was a very strong at times "urine" smell in the bathroom...this has happened at other places...when the wood skirting needs replacing
