Second bedroom window didn't open which was a challenge in the 35c heat.

Within easy walking distance of main attractions in Lyme Regis. Peaceful, with a sea view across gardens. Allocated parking space. Comfortable and well-equipped, including a walk-in shower.

address signage, very hard to find as the small address sign hidden by tree leaking tap handle in kitchen, not cold water from bathroom sink,a trip hazard between kitchen and dining room carpet on step.
