Lovely big terrace with a view of the sea and coast to the east of Lyme Regis. Very comfortable home. There were more than enough glasses, plates and utensils and good quality pans for cooking. A large garage for the car. The centre of Lyme Regis was walkable.

Not about the property itself but 10am checkout was not ideal. We would have been happier with an 11am checkout.

The accomodation was great. Views were excellent. Parking great asset. Location bit far out for young children but they coped in exceptionally wellin hot weather . Would definitely book again.

Being closer to facilities but then not such good views. House very well equipped and extremely comfortable. We were with our grandchildren and totally exhausted by 9 pm so couldnt enjoy drinks on the decking once they were in bed.🤣 Just went to bed ourselves

Great location and view, private parking in garage, spacious lounge, well equipped kitchen.

Everything was clean and in good working order, photos of property were realistic and so there was nothing to be disappointed about. Could be improved by having sun loungers available to give more options for enjoying the decking area.

Location was the primary reason for staying and the view is fantastic! Nice house generally, with good lounge upstairs and a useful kitchen. All in all it was a great place to stay!

Layout of the rooms is a bit strange (why have 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 upstairs?) and although there were multiple bathrooms in the house, many were very damp and as a result we really only used the main upstairs bathroom. The house was quite damp all round, but then it did rain every day we were there. Parking is provided but it is far from ideal, very narrow and difficult to park. Even more annoying when the owners next door decide to block the drive way, making it almost impossible to get your car out. I also struggled to turn the heating down, it was actually too warm in the house, I think this may have been because the boiler was always on for hot water which heated the upstairs.
