Car park space, so essential in lyme Regis, good locality, harbour view. Lovely thoughtful welcome pack.

The property and location were spot on.

Windows needed cleaning outside and winter duvet too hot for summer

Gréât to be so close to the Cobb, with views from little terrace and sitting room. The kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Great to have a parking spot in busy Lyme Regis. Lots of good places to eat. We especially liked the Kiosk food and deckchairs on the beach. Beware the seagulls.

More local books in the apartment would be nice. Very unusually one of us was nipped by a seal in the sea. The local health centre was helpful!

1. Welcome bag was a great touch - coffee, teabags, fudge, biscuits and crackers - all made by local companies. 2. Location. 3. Parking - very useful as Lyme Regis is notoriously difficult for parking. 4. Very cosy. Enjoyed putting the fire on one night. 5. Cute decor. 6. Beds were comfy and very clean.

- Blinds in main bedroom weren't great at keeping light out. And due to windows above door light came in. Definitely bring an eye mask if a light sleeper! - Couldn't find a way to double lock front door and the chain was broken. Not ideal with young children as apartment goes straight into a busy road and I was a little worried they'd let themselves out. - Could do with a good dusting (the blinds were pretty bad). Under the bunk beds needed a good hoover. Admittedly, I'm very tidy and have a dust allergy so notice these things. - The cutlery draw had crumbs in it. - The plates all needed washing before use as some weren't clean.
