The location & rooftop terrace with outstanding views were excellent
The lounge furniture wasn't very comfortable, the TV signal was intermittent, the Wi-Fi signal was awful & some of the outside furniture needed some TLC but don't let any of this put you off as we would definitely stay again as these are minor issues where we were concerned. Also there was some people mentioning a Welcome pack but we didn't get one!

Great location, just up the hill a little from the centre and a few steps from the gates to the town garden. Very spacious roof terrace with better than expected sea views and comfy outdoor sofas. Large master bedroom. Great to have a parking space (although quite tight). Quiet neighbourhood. Clean communal areas.
We did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen was a bit lacking - no oven gloves, oven trays, only four forks and four large plates. No surface spray or cloths. We recycled our rubbish but there was only one kitchen bin making separating it difficult. Bathroom fan didn't work. Wifi patchy (no tv signal, no wifi in master bedroom). Knocking noise from the roof above the master bedroom when it was windy. Bird poo on loungers on the roof terrace when we arrived. Rusty clothes airer. Uncomfortable lounge chairs.

Had everything you might need, a beautiful deck with sea views and comfy beds, plus parking and only a short walk into the centre of Lyme Regis - including a Tesco Express 2 mins away, which is handy.
A couple of hand towels would have been useful, plus the shower head is overdue replacing, otherwise it would have been 10/10
