Location great, host friendly and helpful, a really lovely apartment.

Comfortable rooms, shower room had plenty room. Beautiful views from our room and the veranda/terrace had table and chairs to sit at and admire the views. There was suitable parking on site which was good as there wasn't a lot of parking available in the town and none on the roadside. The accommodation was situated within walking distance of the seafront, although down a very steep hill. The accommodation listed many places available to go and eat at, and indeed there were plenty of places to choose from.

Although not vital, would have liked some information on local buses and a bit of 'history' about the town?

Lovely well equipped apartment in a great location.

A few tiny niggles. The hand towels provided were a very odd shape! Impossible to make a turban when you’d washed your hair. A microwave would be useful. A proper physical manual explaining where everything is and how it works would have been appreciated. Locating the washing machine was a challenge! The information on booking.com could do with refining and updating- seemed to be Covid centric?

Lovely compact holiday flat

Clean, good standard of decor and furnishings. Decking gave us somewhere to admire the view from and felt private and secluded from the other flats. Large TV and good WiFi.

Not a lot. It's a small flat overall so no space for a proper table inside, but we ate outside anyway.

These are fine tuning but instructions for the oven/microwave would have been useful. Overhead footsteps had been mentioned in previous reviews so we were prepared. Not really anything that can be done. Maybe a light by the keysafe?

Perfect for our little break away!

It was really close to the main area of Lyme Regis and it had a parking pace which is quite hard to find! The property itself was also set out really nicely and the decor was lovely.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable (might just need to be flipped?) but other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Some discomforts and annoyances off set by the hot tub and views from the decking

We enjoyed the hot tub. I liked the fact that it is hidden behind a fence so it is very private space, away from prying eyes. The outdoor decking is really good to enjoy a bite or two in the sun shine with beautiful views of the sea.

We found the mattress to be extremely uncomfortable. It has seen good day and really needs replacing. It is dipping down even before one sits on it. We were glad to see the end of uncomfortable and restless sleeps. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell from the drains. As there is no window to the bathroom the extractor fan has to be run for long periods of time to get ride of the smell. Not a pleasant back ground noise to listen to. There is no washing machine. As it is a walking and seaside town, one does need to wash clothes. We brought extra clothes with us as we found out about no washing machine few days before arriving while reading previous comments. We could hear people in the property as they moved around, very creaky floor boards and potentially no insulation between the ceiling of this property and floor of the property above.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, private and well located for Lyme's town and beach. It was well appointed with facilities. We didn't have opportunity to use the hot tub, but great that clothing to use it was provided.

Superb location with fantastic views. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after busy days walking. Rachel is a lovely host and all communication excellent.

Well equipped and comfortable. You can see the sea from the patio! Great location, only 5 minutes'walk to the sea (perhaps a little longer to walk up the hill!) We really appreciated the milk and biscuits, and the Christmas decorations were a bonus.

Silver view

Fantastic views, great location, Richard the host made us very welcome, he even put some Xmas decorations up! Hot tub brilliant as was the shower, hot and powerful. Great pub a minute away. Lyme regis a lovely place. Everything was excellent.
