7 Coram Tower

Coram tower is beautiful to look at from the outside, and the interior doesn't disappoint. The apartment balances modernity while retaining plenty of its original features. This was a win-win for me. The kitchen was small and compact (as was the ensuite) but provided all the mod cons you'd expect and more. Plenty of space in the lounge and bedroom. Clean throughout. Tasteful décor (that doffed the cap to Lyme Regis). The grounds were superb, and immaculately kept. Everything was great. - Nice welcome pack - a lovely touch. - Free parking space - a boon. (Believe me, you'll see why.) - A table that doubles as an excellent writing desk (If you feel that way inclined). - Views are good from each window, and you get a strong sense of gothic architecture. - Not Haunted. - The location is either a 9/10 (For me, 9) or a 5/10 depending on YOUR fitness levels. It's only 0.4 miles to the seafront, but the gradient is a leveller, and needs factoring into your day ie don't get razzled down the seafront, and expect to make it back up. (Good luck, on that front!)

- It's very quiet on the whole... except when 'The Yowth' decide they want to 'Tokyo Drift' in the car park opposite. (Early evening: all done-and-dusted within half an hour.) The occasional car alarm may go off. Again, this ceases pretty quickly.

Well the wife struggled to get up the hill 🤦‍♂️

It was a lovely building in a great location. Easy access to the coast path and having an allocated parking space is a definite bonus

No negatives really- cold tap in the kitchen very slow running but not a big deal.

Location was good.

That it was a listed building. Cold and far too many stairs.
