It was a lovely building in a great location. Easy access to the coast path and having an allocated parking space is a definite bonus
No negatives really- cold tap in the kitchen very slow running but not a big deal.

Easy to walk down to Lyme Regis sea front from property - about ten minutes, quite a slope downhill. The apartment was very clean and comfortable- great to have free parking too, an asset in Lyme Regis.
It was difficult to find the driveway to the property - there definitely needs to be a bigger and clearer sign at the entrance to the car park, as confusingly there’s a private house at the driveway entrance
- we thought it was a private entrance, and couldn’t see a sign for Coram Tower in the dark. It took us 20 minutes on foot in the pouring rain and dark to finally find it.
Also, on the second floor, we felt vulnerable to any outbreak of fire - the fire escape route was far down the stairs - there needs to be an external metal fire escape stairway installed.

That it was a listed building. Cold and far too many stairs.
