A hidden gem!!

Location was awesome, property was spotlessly clean and the communication with the owner was quick and clear. We will definitely be staying again!!!

Everything was brilliant, as mentioned in other reviews don’t let the external appearance worry you as the apartment is lovely once entered, it’s actually a nice surprise, my family were worried when we first arrived but were quickly impressed once inside. The only small issue was the sofa bed being very firm/hard to sleep on, however that is me being really picky.

Gem of a property close to the centre.

Amazing location so close to the historic centre. Tastefully decorated, amazing value for money. Lovely little touches like beer, coffee and drinks left for our arrival. Free parking around the corner. Great communication from the host

Appartement proche du centre ville, bien aménagé et bien équipé. Tout est pensé à votre arrivée, café, thé, sucre, détails qui ont de l'importance, quand on part non-chargé. Décoration très sympa et l'hôte très réactif, c'est rassurant. Top !

Appartement très très bien décoré et aménagé, très fonctionnel (belle surprise en arrivant). Attentions de l'hôte très agréables (fruit, petit mot, bonbons, bouteille eau, etc...)

la porte d'accès à l'immeuble quasi impossible a refermer, me suis trompé d'appartement en arrivant j'ai essayé chez le voisin très gentil au demeurant (mieux indiquer lequel), quelques jeunes bruyants en bas de l'immeuble (boules quies et ce fut bon)

L’entrée est assez peu visible mais une fois à l’intérieur tout va bien.

Appartement spacieux et bien situé

L'appartement est très agréable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, spacieux et bien équipé. La literie est très confortable. L'emplacement très proche du centre de Troyes est aussi un vrai plus, beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité.

Le vis-à-vis peut être gênant car l'appartement est bien placé mais dans une rue assez populaire avec pas mal de passage (mais ça ne nous a pas gênés pour la nuit je précise)

Très bon séjour

Très bon emplacement , proche du centre à pied. L'appartement est confortable, propre, et bien décoré. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Je n'ai aucun commentaire négatif. Pour les personnes âgées ou les enfants la marche pour descendre de la douche peut poser problème.

Итак кратко. Пока мы гуляли по городу из апартаментов украли портмоне с карточками и деньгами. В квартире нет сейфа и это мне сразу не понравилось. Но я положился на удачу, взял с собой 300 евро для прогулки по городу, опасаясь что могут вытащить портмоне воры на улице, но все случилось совсем иначе - воры проникли в квартиру пока мы гуляли с помощью дубликата ключей (скорее всего так). Как все произошло, мы примерно восстановили с женой уже утром. 1. По приезду во дворе возле входа в дом сидел молодой парень, арабской внешности на стуле. Когда мы стали открывать кодовый замком, он стал уточнять, мы с booking или Airbnb? Это уже тогда насторожило. 2. Он внимательно видел сколько человек приехало и понял что нас только двое. 3. Когда мы выходили на улицу для прогулки, я пытался закрыть в подъезд, но она закрывалась с трудом. Этот парень сидел на улице и пошутил - оставьте дверь открытой, я сам закрою. Кто он и как мог закрыть, я так и не понял сразу, решил что он тоже живет в этом доме. 4. Ну и самая большая ошибка, это было оставить портмоне на столе не спрятав его даже в сумку. В итоге, деньги около 3.000$ не так жалко, Как 9 банковских карт visa/mastercard 4х разных стран восстановить будет гораздо сложнее. И как продолжать путешествовать (а мы только начали) только с наличными и Apple Pay, я пока не знаю. В общем, имейте ввиду что ключи от этой квартиры будут не только у вас. Сейфа в квартире нет, ценности лучше не оставлять.

Fantastisch

Zeer compleet appartement, alles aanwezig dat nodig is. Vlak bij het centrum en bezienswaardigheden. Behulpzame verhuurders, toen ik er logeerde was het erg heet en ze vroegen of ik een ventilator nodig had. Leuk dat je een pdf ontvangt met informatie over de stad, waar je lekker kunt eten en drinken. Jammer dat ik maar 1 nachtje kon blijven.

Het appartement ligt vlakbij het centrum, aan een drukke weg en er is soms veel herrie van buiten. Ik vind dat geen probleem, maar als je dat vervelend vindt, is het iets om rekening mee te houden.

L'emplacement du logement, tout est bien pensé il ne manque rien, la décoration est réalisée avec goût, nous avons rarement une douche aussi propre.

La première porte pour accéder à l'immeuble est vraiment dans un état pitoyable. Le confort du canapé laisse à désirer.

Buitendeur slecht op slot. ....en we hadden vanwege 1 nacht doorreis/ overnachtingsslaapplaats graag geweten dat er een hardloopevenement was i.v.m. bagage, fietsenrek en wielrenfiets en ver weg moeten parkeren.Gelukkig hielp de pizzeria ons door het te vertellen en heeft de politie ons goede parkeertijd gegeven

Departamento impecable, completo, comodo, equipado, limpio, aunque el ingreso al edificio es engañoso, el Departamento es espectacular!

La puerta del edificio porque pareciera que el edificio no estaria a la altura de las expectativas de un turista, pero el departamento es impecable altamente recomendable!!!!

Emplacement et excellent confort du logement (en particulier la literie) Pas de nuisance sonore malgré proximité boulevard du 14 juillet

Réglage du chauffage pas très clair, en particulier dans la salle de bain (un petit mode d'emploi serait appréciable) Idem pour la machine à café.
