Great if you're under the age of 25

The decor was fun and the location was excellent

It smelt very very bad especially in the 'bedroom' ( an area behind curtains with two mattresses on the floor) and the bathroom and the beds weren't beds

Superb

Very nice apartment, well laid out, tidy and comfortable. Location is perfect. Has everything you could ask for on an overnight stay and would also be great for a longer stay. I would definately recommend and would certainly use again.

It was hot without air conditioning; a fan was supplied which helped though (after a very hot day). No parking, however there are a choice of public car parks close by that seemed perfectly adaquate.

Apartment (loft) is at 3rd floor, so a bit of steep steps to climb. There is no AC, so it might be extreme hot in summer. There was 30degrees in late June during a day, and apartment cooled down late night only, even with open to windows and fans on. We knew before booking that this could be the case, but price and location are great.

Disappointing

The location had great access to the city centre, the road is quiet and feels safe. The apartment has the potential to be far nicer, and has a few fun creative elements which we enjoyed

The beds were mattresses on the floor, behind quite dusty curtains. The bed sheets had an unpleasant damp / dirty smell to them, not a crisp clean feel. The apartment felt like it has not been used for a while and had a fusty close atmosphere. It was hard to make it illuminated as one of the roof blinds was tethered permanently closed. There was no welcome treats, or even a few teabags and small milk etc. The picture shows cakes in a display, I had my hopes some would be provided, but alas not.

Great location in the centre of Troyes with proximity to many restaurants and good bars. Free city parking still exists less than a 10 minute walk away. Addition of dart board was well received. Comfortable living room.

This quirky apartment is in a fantastic location. My 10 year old son absolutely loved this apartment. Shame we were only passing through so we only stayed for 1 night. ♡

Si vous prévoyez de venir pendant les fortes chaleurs, appartement sous les toits donc il fait chaud car l'appartement n'est pas climatisé mais sinon endroit idéal, très calme et confortable.

Un manque d’hygiène avant de prendre les tasses on a dû les laver ainsi que les couverts. On nous avait pas prévenu que on devait dormir à terre sur des matelas . Il a fait super chaud on ne savait ouvrir une seul fenêtre celle de l’entrée , le ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas.La planche du WC est cassée. Personne pour prévenir comment allumer donc on est resté une bonne partie de la la soirée avec peu d’éclairage. C’est après qu ont s’est rendu compte qu’il fallait relever le Teco la télé pas de chaîne rien du tout on ne prévient pas non.. c’est vraiment un logement à déconseillé..

Week-end excellent à Troyes mais logement bof, accueil inexistant et contact des plus décevant.

La décoration et la proximité du centre ville et commerces.

Le fait de ne pas avoir été accueillis. La froideur et le ton de la propriétaire (m’a agressé parce qu’elle a entendu une partie de ma conversation avc ma fille au téléphone pensant que ça lui était destinée), ne pas avoir été accueillie et devoir récupérer les clés dans une boîte à clés avec le sentiment de déranger lorsque j’appelais parce que je n’arrivais pas à accéder aux services. L’état des portes/serrures. Les lumières très difficile à allumer (il faut appuyer vraiment très fort). La salle de bain qui n’est pas rangée. Les œillets des rideaux cassés… Le manque de sympathie et aucun retour de la propriétaire après lui avoir laissé un message avc des photos lors de la restitution des clés (même pas un merci, comment s’est passé votre séjour ou bonne journée!). Sur les photos l’appartement paraît positivement différent que dans la réalité. À ce prix dans troyes, on peut trouver bien mieux et plus sympathique. Sans oublier la difficulté de se garer sur un emplacement (mais parking payant à proximité)

Dans l’hyper centre historique Ambiance sympathique fidèle aux photos Spacieux bien équipé Deux télés connectées Canapé top Literie originale et à mon goût

J’enlève un point, et j’aurais pu en enlever deux, puisque certaines ampoules et certaines décorations lumineuses ne fonctionnent plus, le bandit manchot HS? Il y a un store qui est cassé et que la porte d’entrée devrait être restaurée et avoir un verrou supplémentaire sécurisé à hauteur d’homme, pas tout en bas donc c’est pas grand-chose, mais il faut le faire, je pense et puis enfin plus de miroir dans la salle de bain svp… enfin… je pense que vous allez vous en occuper…. Conseil d’ami Je reviendrai quoiqu’il en soit N’est pas adapté handicapés / personnes très âgées

Déjà venu il y a 2 ans je savais cet appartement atypique dans le bon sens et très bien placé … Il l’est resté …donc toujours agréable …avec des mais…

Par contre il faut s’en occuper car il n’est plus en état … Eau chaude qui a fonctionné le 1 er jour … puis eau à peine tiède !!!( le cache pend est à moitié retiré sous le chauffe eau / donc problème connu à priori !!) Ampoule d’abat jour éclatée ? Dangereux … Système pour allumer ou éteindre les lumières défectueux … un enfer 🤦‍♂️ 1 Velux défectueux … Pas assez d’éléments de cuisine … Bresfle ça commence à tomber en décrépitude… Il faut faire une mise à jour …
