Tout était très bien

Arrival was easy as the information given by the owner was very clear. Parking is very convenient. Apartment very clean. It is in a quiet area, though the town centre is not far away and easy to reach. There is enough space for 4 people and it is comfortable for one night. Good shower and plenty of towels. The information about Troyes provided by the owner is very good (and in English). Internet good.

There is an oven here but we didn't realise that it doesn't work before we went shopping - a notice on it would have been good. The bathroom and toilet are very separate and there is no sink with the toilet. We did not all find the beds very comfy - somewhat hard. The info asked us to clean the apartment before we leave (leave it as clean as we found it). We always leave places tidy, but that sounds very strict and we did not expect it. We could not make the tv work - either old the batteries in the controls or slow Internet. It did not respond. We could not find a large cooking pot in the kitchen.
