The space is ample and the house has some nice amenities.
Some of the showers were not clean and some items left in them that made it untidy. Like the rolled up bath mat and soiled toilet brushes.

House was massive and amenities were perfect.
There Heat pumps were installed on all the bedroom but on second day it stopped working and it was inconvenience. As the guests came from Indian Hot weather and it was cold as compare to temperature in Queenstown.

Good size
Cleaners forgot to clean and had to wait after informing the managers.

Location was ok and plenty of room
There was bird poo all over the windows and outside was not usable bedding under the top cover was dirty
