Location was perfect. Felt like we were the only ones there
A microwave would of been good. Also an onsite washing machine would be helpful especially with a long stay. Information on when the room service is would also be good

The room was big, really big with lounges,tables and even a piano! It had a good bed, and a great spa bath. The location was quite good away from the hustle of Queenstown. It was quaint, but some features needed a bit of upkeep.
There were no staff onsite. I tried to arrange breakfast but there was no-one on reception (ever) and I got zero response from the text messages that the notice in reception suggested.

The view was amazing and a quaint little house with lots of character
You can tell it was once a B&B but as a self contained place to stay not really ideal especially if you want to make a little food. Just no real facilities there or even a sink to wash up in! Had to the bathroom vanity sinks which is not ideal. Felt a little like a ghost of the shell it used to be
