Great views of the lake, large spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great spa bath, easy free parking, easy self check in

Property is getting a bit dated, some things like broken tiles and threadbare couch could be replaced, travelling into Queenstown was always a bit tricky with heavy traffic both directions and a right hand turn

The views and location

Smell of curry on entry and exit, lights not all working, no toaster, dirty stained cushions, bugs in curtains, curtains dont all work great, out dated definitely not "luxury boutique" steep steps not good for heavy luggage or disabilities, felt harassed by staff with contant messages then interrogation of my husband when returning from job site..booking was made as business.overall wouldn't recommend or stay again we wee expected to do most of house cleaning, take rubbish out, never had that before ever.

The view was amazing and a quaint little house with lots of character

You can tell it was once a B&B but as a self contained place to stay not really ideal especially if you want to make a little food. Just no real facilities there or even a sink to wash up in! Had to the bathroom vanity sinks which is not ideal. Felt a little like a ghost of the shell it used to be
