Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jaw Dropping Views from The Tiers. The name couldn't be more accurate. The views are simply spectacular. Sitting on the sofa in the living room or waking up in the bedroom, we were treated to breathtaking lake views framed by snow-capped mountains right outside the window. It felt like living inside a postcard. The property sits high up in Fernhill, giving it an incredible vantage point while still being very convenient. We found the location perfect, with easy access to both Queenstown town centre and the airport. What impressed us just as much as the view was how clean, warm, and thoughtfully equipped the home was. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, from high-quality appliances (including premium brands like Miele) to a complete set of cookware, glasses, plates, cutlery, and utensils. The laundry facilities were equally well equipped, making our family stay very comfortable. The heated tile floors were a luxury we quickly came to appreciate during the cold Queenstown weather. Having ensuite bathrooms for the bedrooms was also incredibly convenient, especially for our elderly family members and children. One of my favourite moments was arriving on a freezing day and opening the front door to a warm, cozy home with soft music already playing in the background. It instantly felt welcoming and comforting, like coming home after a long journey. Every detail of this property has been carefully considered to make guests feel comfortable. We genuinely felt at home throughout our stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience, and some of the best views Queenstown has to offer.

Only thing is that, the price from booking.com does not include cleaning fees, service charge etc., a bit surprised to notice this after payment has been done, would be better if this has been highlighted earlier or to be included in the per night price for transparency.
