Welcome to our Elegant Lakeview Escape Retreat, where you’ll be treated to breath-taking 180-degree views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range.
Perfectly positioned on Frankton Road Lake front, offering direct access onto the lakeside walking track below, and is a five-minute drive to both Queenstown town centre and the Five Mile shopping area, making it the ideal choice for your stay in Queenstown.
Guests have access to the entire house, providing ample space and privacy.
Upon arrival you’ll find a convenient double garage with an automatic door opener and internal access into the house. The garage also houses the laundry facilities, including a washing machine/dryer combo and laundry tub. It’s also a perfect space for storing ski gear.
The living area spans over two levels, maximizing the panoramic views from every angle.
The top level features a large open-plan kitchen, dining, living room with a front row seat to the most attractive views of the Remarkables Mountains and Lake Wakatipu.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and a large island counter with bench seating allowing you to cook and prepare food if you wish.
The cozy lounge and dining area includes a gas fire, heat pump, smart TV with Netflix, complimentary wireless internet and a dining table for convenience.
Step out onto the deck and soak in the views and enjoy the beautiful afternoon sun. This level also includes a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, heater and ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating and direct access to the deck.
The lower-level features two additional bedrooms, each with a wardrobe, heater and ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating for added comfort. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other offers a super king bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request.
Conveniently located just a short drive from both Coronet and Remarkable ski fields and a two-minute walk to the nearest bus stop on Frankton Road.
You’re also just a five-minute drive from Queenstown’s town centre, where you can explore all the attractions the town has to offer.
In the opposite direction, a five-minute drive brings you to the Five Mile shopping centre, which features cafes, restaurants, two supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.
Enjoy private access to the Frankton walking track, with one direction leading you into the town centre while the other direction leads you to the Boatshed café and the Queenstown Marina. Currently the Frankton walking track is closed for construction until early November.

Home was very comfortable, clean and updated (modern) for our family of 4. While not directly on the water, the view is stunning!! Great convenience and location. Better than staying downtown Queenstown to access airport, which we did to fly Milford Sound, and streams for fly fishing. Great Wifi. Nicola left great instructions and surprise box of chocolates. Garage super convenient for entry and exit each day. Everything was easy. Would DEFINITELY stay there again and would recommend!

We had a lovely stay, great for 3 couples. Handy to town and very nice place - amazing views! Was pretty close to the main road, little bit of noise here but otherwise ticked all the boxes

Lovely house with an amazing view! We all loved our stay and found the house to be very comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped and all bathrooms had towels, a blow drier and soap. The fireplace was really nice to have on in the mornings and evenings and made it extra cozy. Good parking possibilities! Nicole had prepared a guide of Queenstown for us so we knew where to go and what to see! We will definitely try to come back and recommend to friends who wants to go for a trip to Queenstown!
