The view was lovely, beautiful home, clean, open and only 15 mins from Queenstown.
We were not told the house was actually attached to another unit. Only a small hallway separating the two. Who must be the owners. This needs to be brought to peoples attention before they spend 8k.
We were provided with 2 black plastic bags for 8 people, this clearly wasn't enough. There was a note above the microwave saying we were provided with two rubbish bags and any other rubbish was to be taken by us or we would be charged $20 per bag of rubbish. 10 DAYS, 8 people and 2 rubbish bags? Really?
Hardly any toilet paper or washing powder.
We were nearly charged for a door that was NOT broken by us but they rudely insisted it was (Goodstays). They ended up taking half our bond. Beware of this company. They have notes all around the house about being charged for this and being charged for that, should you do anything wrong. Made us feel like we were being watched! We paid a lot of money for really poor service.
