About this apartment rental
4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 outdoor areas with views over Lake Wakatipu to die for. Open plan kitchen and living with warm log fire and heat pump for those winter nights after skiing. This place is ideally suited for a large family or group of friends. You will stay in a home that is sparkling clean and presented beautifully. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in our lovely holiday home....The House on the Hill.
Special conditions:
8 towels per per stay please (there is a washing machine, clothes drier and detergent if you wish to wash to re-use).
Please refrain from using outdoor areas after 10pm.
Rubbish- please use the wheelie bin located near the entrance for household rubbish(small bin). Put bottle and things to recycle in the large wheelie bin. Tuesday is the bin collection day. If you are staying on a Tuesday we ask that you take the wheelie bin down to the end of the road for collection.
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$340.00 per stay); Linen (Required, NZ$200.00 per stay);

Nice little townhouse - clean and modern. Really handy being able to pop across the road to the Sherwood for drinks or dinner.
Kitchen had everything you need. Comfy beds. Living area cosy but a little cramped with 8 people. We loved the fire.

Beautifully presented house that had everything we needed. Lovely and clean and easy to keep that way, everything had a spot. Lovely warm fire which we enjoyed a few nights but weather was actually great too! Would definately book again, thanks again for having us.
