Excellent location and staff, we turned up and took our case out of car to our room, made us feel very comfortable during our stay
Nothing with the hotel/rooms. Made the mistake to pull into the wrong car park over bridge for a few mins and delt with mr angry and his kid damaging money, soon realised was in wrong place and drove off.

Bona ubicació per veure el blue eye. Vam poder anar a primera hora del mati i després al tornar esmorzar.
Subministre elèctric irregular, varis talls de llum. El mateix amb l’aigua. Preu car per tenir fallos de subministrament. Entenem que es dificil el tema subministres al mig dels alps, pero tampoc van oferir cap tipus de compensació i cap explicació.
