An absolute disgrace!

An absolute disgrace! The beds are infested with bed bugs (Cimex lectularius)! This place is quite literally overrun by bed bugs (Cimex lectularius) — parasitic insects that feed on human blood at night and cause itchy red welts on the skin. Our room was crawling with them. We couldn’t sleep all night, and since we have a 6-month-old baby, we were terrified of bringing them home on our clothes or luggage. We ended up spending the entire night sitting on chairs, unable to lie down. When we informed the owner, they offered no solution or apology whatsoever. On the contrary, they were extremely rude and shameless, saying things like, “it was already mentioned in the reviews, you came knowingly.” In other words, they tried to blame customers for their own hygiene scandal! The beds are infested with bed bugs, the rooms stink, yet they still forced us to pay and refused any refund. If you care at all about your health and your money, stay far away from this place. We have never encountered such a filthy, irresponsible and disrespectful business.

c'était propre, bien rangé

Il n'y avait pas de wifi( pas d'accés internet alors que c'est mis internet haut débit sur sa page), il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude ni tiède pour se lave , sur la page du booking il n'y avait pas mis que c'était au 4ieme étage ( à monter pas d'ascenseur),l'entrée dans le bâtiment ne oouvait se faire qu'à partir de 15:00 et déjà toute notre journée était presque finie lorsqu'on était arrivés à Blankenberg....dommage tout en sachàt que le jour qu'on doit quitter on est censé quitter dans la matinée entre 9-11h...

Tout , sale , pas de housse de couette sur les lit , douche degueulasse ,plein de poussiere partout , pas de tv ,pas de wifi , pas d essuie de bain , nappe degueulasse a se demander si elle est vraiment un jour nettoyee enfaite rien voila , le proprio plutot sympas mais n as clairement envie de rien faire pour rien voila

Tv werk enkel met WiFi die niet aanwezig is Dit is een appartement als niet veel luxe verwacht Douchebak loopt niet goed af en geur hinder 4 verdieping hoog en dat enkel met de trap Sommige zaken niet of weinig aanwezig Geen badmat,geen potjes voor in de micro oven ,weinig huishoudelijke spullen van elks maar vier stuk maar één koffie lepel geen onderlegger voor potten op te zetten Heel kleine ijskast Wat mij betreft aan vernieuwing toe Appartement ook veel properder achter gelaten als het was
