Functional, clean and comfortable with added bonus of a free spa onsite.
Spa on site was very nice. Crowded on the Saturday night but on other visits we had the whole place to ourself! Quite compact but had everything we needed. We were able to cook meals and kitchen appliances were in good order. Shower was good. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet- didn’t hear any neighbours. Room was of a reasonable temperature (we stayed during a cold week in January so this was greatly appreciated).
On site parking was extremely expensive but nearby on street parking was free. Perhaps a smart TV with Netflix would have made our stay a bit more comfortable. We did manage to find a station with English films on though! Location was quite industrial and the 25mins walk to beach/train station (we used this to go to Brugge very easily) wasn’t especially picturesque! Would recommend having a car to explore further afield- the whole town seemed closed on the Sunday.

It is not worth to stay here.
The room was pretty big. I got messages about codes to enter a day before, it was easy to enter the building and the room. The kitchen was well equiped.
    1. The room was a bit dirty and really dusty. 2. There was no shower gel or even hand soap. 3. The worst situation was about the swimmimg pool. If the hotel puts a picture with a swimming pool on a main picture and emphasize it in every description, it is supposed really nice and worth to visit, as well the pool and sauna become one of the reason for booking THIS hotel. The pool area is pretty dirty, but the most important detail is that there is literally noone to control the situation in there. In rules, it is declared that you children should be under parents control and only untill 8p.m.. There were young kids after that time, who were jumping into pool and behaving badly. Moreover, there were several DRUNK MEN, who made being in spa really dangerous. The smell of alcohol was EVERYWHERE. It was no stuff to ask for help, so we just after 15 min being in spa section, because it was dangerous and disgusting to stay there.

Great location to the beaches and port of Zeebrugge
Travelling for work so having and appartment with cooking facillities is ideal for me. The appartment was a nice size, perfect for two people, very comfy bed and good powerful shower which are my two musts in any hotel. Instructions send prior to arrival were clear with passcodes for the building and room. Very easy to find the building and the car parks were all sign posted even in English, the parking itself was easy and again well signposted so you knew which part to park in for you appartment building. Lift takes you straight up into the appartments, which were easy to find and easy to enter with the previously emailed passcode. I used the pool fascilities on the first night.
Pool area was tired, no locks on the lockers or changing room doors. Pool was nice, good size and looks like it had had a recent new lining, the sauna was pleasant but the steam room... very poor cleanliness, strong disgusting smell which was worse when turned on. Parking is a little expensive, but as the property explains there is plenty of free parking across the street and they do give you 30 minutes free to unload your luggage.

    For oversleeping perfect
    Family room , clean, nice
Pretty small, pretty cold. Not nice location (especially of summer vacation - wouldn’t imagine, not nice view)

Stay away , they do not refund , even if there is a gas leak and ur not allowed in
I paid in full in advance , arrived at hotel and was not allowed in the building as a suspect gas leak and police said no one allowed in . At this point I had not check in . There was no indication how long to fix gas leak . So I checked into another hotel . This hotel still refuses to refund my booking even though I wasn't allowed in due to a gas leak . Joke

    Would not come here again
Parking was under the building. The room was ok but we just used it for sleeping and for this it was extremely uncomfortable.
To get to the parking it was an extremely tight and steep access. The lighting in the rooms was really poor. Very dark in all rooms. The bedroom there was no room to move. The bed took up the whole space. The bunk beds were very uncomfortable. My boys took the mattress off the bed and put it on the main living area floor. They had a very bad nights sleep. The town was like a ghost town. No place to eat. We had to drive 20 mins and go further out. Check out was 10am which was pretty naff as we didn’t arrive until 8pm so paid for 13hrs. Wouldn’t stay here again.
