Very quiet which was lovely, had everything you need to cook etc, and beds were lovely too nice and comfortable, the whole caravan was really nice and had nice seating area outside, plus we wasn’t stuck for anything to watch in the evenings as tvs had everything you needed to watch film etc , overall had a really nice time thankyou and dog had a nice time too he was right at home 🏡, thankyou for having us! X
The only thing really was that there was no little hand towels in the bathrooms for drying your hands after washing them

The caravan was in a great location and the hot tub was great.
When we arrived the floor in the caravan was filthy, there was no bedding on the double bed and dirty bedding left on the floor. The lighting in the living room area didn’t work and the tv remote didn’t work. The bathroom was unclean and had a dirty towel on the railing and the toilet had a poo stain in it. I had difficulties with contacting the host of the caravan due to slow replies.

The outdoor seating and hot tub was nice, and there was plenty of space in the caravan. Having 2 showers was helpful for getting ready to go out.
The clean towels provided did smell quite strongly of cigarettes. We had a bit of a problem with ants in the property - however the owner was kind about this when I messaged.
Also my personal view on Tattershall lakes as a whole was I thought it was quite bad there were no walking trails around the lakes with nice views that were not blocked by a caravan. Basically in order to get a nice view there you have to have booked a caravan right on the lake and therefore only have view of the one lake from one angle for the stay.
