A lovely stay overall and great value for money. The caravan was brilliantly presented , clean and welcoming when we arrived . The beds were already made up for us which made us feel even more welcome . The kitchen was very well equipped too , everything we needed for self catering was there , plenty of appliances and cookware , no shortages at all . Also the caravan had wifi which was a brilliant extra The highlight was the hot tub , kept perfectly warm and was an absolute joy to use throughout our stay 😁

Just a couple of very minor points; the toilet seats felt a little loose and a few cupboard handles were also loose . Neither caused any real issues or inconvenience at all , just something that could do with a quick tighten up next time someone does maintenance 😌

Tattershall lakes location is amazing. I have been before and would definitely return to the resort, so much to do and lots of fun. The lodge was comfortable and big enough for 4 people, it was a squeeze with 6 of us especially with the sofa bed up. Lovely balcony area, and the host had games etc there as well as wi fi which was easy to connect to, had decent facilities including oven, air fryer, fridge freezer. I found the beds very comfy, but my daughter and partner didn't so suppose that's down to personal preference. If the property was cleaner and all facilities worked I would definitely book with this host again. The host was easy to contact, and attempted to resolve issues but was let down by their staff.

The lodge itself wasn't very clean, the beds appeared as though they hadn't been changed. A lady did bring some clean bedding after I told the host but we were expected to change the beds ourself. The dishwasher didn't work and leaked all over the floor. The pots and pans were not clean so I had to clean before using anything. The bedding for the sofa bed did not fit and was not enough pillows for a family of 6 to stay. There was left over food on the table outside and sand in the hot tub. The freezer had half eaten ice cream in. Its a shame because other than the cleaning staff letting the host down it was a lovely stay.

Very quiet which was lovely, had everything you need to cook etc, and beds were lovely too nice and comfortable, the whole caravan was really nice and had nice seating area outside, plus we wasn’t stuck for anything to watch in the evenings as tvs had everything you needed to watch film etc , overall had a really nice time thankyou and dog had a nice time too he was right at home 🏡, thankyou for having us! X

The only thing really was that there was no little hand towels in the bathrooms for drying your hands after washing them

Jaccuzi na tarasie i ustronne miejsce to chyba jedyne plusy jakie wspominamy z pobytu w tym obiekcie. Stan obiektu był akceptowalny, ale obsługa i odpowiedzi na zgłoszone reklamacje obniżają ocenę obiektu znacząco.

Brak klimatyzacji o której była mowa w ogłoszeniu. Na miejscu zastaliśmy przenośny klimatyzator bez rury odprowadzającej gorące powietrze, której nie mogliśmy używać ze względu na stan, brudny, zapchane filtry, które nie były czyszczone/wymieniane od bardzo dawna. Zapach jaki się wydobywał z tego urządzenia po włączeniu był odrażający. Zmywarka nie działała. Po otwarciu zastaliśmy w niej zapleśniałą wodę. Właściciel obiektu nie zareagowali na nasze reklamacje właściwie.
