Great place for a group for several days who want explore Udine and the Friuli.

Located in a quiet street outside the inner city ring of Udine, the Casa di Bepi may be not in the middle of the action, but just a stroll away from the Teatro Nuovo Giovanni and close to a SPAR or a LIDL to get groceries. Our host was very nice and considerate, and she helped us immediately when we had a wish. It was just a pity that we didn't see her this much because we were all busy at the FAREAST Filmfestival. Next time. The apartment was very clean, and there were even some Welcome-sweets. Yes, the shower is a bit different, but not really unconvenient.

Everything was great, but please keep in mind that is 25-30 minutes away from the city center on foot. Of course this is visible on the map , and it is compensated by the free parking.

Günstige große vollausgestattete Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles da was man brauchte. Nachts war es auch sehr ruhig. Tee/Kaffee war vorhanden. Parkplätze waren vor dem Haus.

Die Dusche war etwas umständlich und eng. Funktionierte aber. Steckdosen waren etwas wenige da, man brauchte auch teilweise einen Adapter, der war aber vorhanden. In die Innenstadt braucht man schon 20 Min. zu Fuß

Ruhig und geräumig

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit Balkonen im EG. Alles was man so braucht war vorhanden, inklusive Wäscheständer. Eine Garage fürs Reiserad war auch vorhanden. Ebenfalls gibt es Leihräder, um schnell ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Supermarkt war in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Für eine Nacht toll, aber sicher auch für längere Aufenthalte. Es war sehr sauber!

Eigentlich ist das kein Kritikpunkt, aber die Wohnung hat einige Gebrauchsspuren, aber nichts, was stört.

Stanze molto grandi soprattutto la sala, che non tutti hanno. Bel tavolo grande e allungabile. Camere spaziose e comode.

Ottima accoglienza da parte di Federica, appartamento ampio dotato di ogni comfort, zona tranquilla e silenziosa con facilità di parcheggio, ci si sente a proprio agio sotto ogni aspetto, come sentirsi a casa propria.

Velmi dobrý poměr výkon/cena.

Příjemná lokalita, velmi prostorný, dobře vybavený apartmán. Milá paní domácí. V kuchyňce k dispozici kávovar na kapsle i čaj.

Problematický sprchový kout, ale nakonec jsme to zvládli. Parkování pouze na ulici, kde je obtížnější najít místo.

Casa grande con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, piano terra senza scale . Parcheggio facile davanti casa, macchina del caffè con cialde a disposizione

Lontana dal centro e dalla stazione, almeno 25 min a piedi. C’è bus davanti ma valutate abbonamento perché c’è da fare avanti e indietro. Supermercato vicino ma quello meno fornito è più caro. Zona non proprio carina davanti caserma mezza abbandonata e in decadenza. Dentro mobili vecchi, rovinati ( cucina ) letto scomodo con cuscini scomodi . Ce microonde ma il forno non funziona tenetelo presente Non c’è sale né aceto né olio né nulla, ricordatevi di acquistare voi appena andate . Serrande rotte e rimane tutto spalancato a vista tranne che in camera ( se amanti della privacy non è il massimo). Pagato la metà rispetto ad altri e quindi ci si accontenta ma ha numerosi difetti che comunque sono risolvibili
