The brand new apartment in a very good location, not far from metro, other public transport, and the most important - commercial centers and restaurants. Very well equipped in everything needed to spend some time far from home. What is important, the host was available on phone when needed (i.e. very often during first 48 hours). In general, I could recommend the renting of this apartment, hoping that the owner will make some improvements on the communication.

What I did not like - the way of renting payment and the way to get back the deposit (it should be substantially improved), the procedure how to get to the building and then flat (again, must be improved). The guests must feel safe and comfortable, but at the beginning of my stay I did not. The curtains in the room They are too thing and after the sunrise the sun shined directly on the guest. A big lamp in the bedroom, which did not work at all. And the tv-set in the kitchen - it was not possible to use it, also because the on-screen instructions were given only in russian language. Again, once the “administration” part was done, the stay was smooth.
