"Золотой Квадрат" Центр Квартира - "Golden Square" Apart

Квартира просторная, чистая, уютная, светлая, теплая. В ней есть всё, что нужно для проживания: посуда, чистые полотенца (есть даже тапочки и зонтик), гладильные принадлежности. Второй раз останавливаюсь у Дмитрия, поэтому небольшая просьба - пусть в квартире будет хотя бы 1 бутылка питьевой воды. Потому что сразу после приезда, не хочется бежать в магазин. Особую атмосферу создают живые цветы. Очень большая светлая кухня. Хороший интернет. Кто писал про кран в ванной - смеситель работает исправно. Были в марте, очень жарко в квартире, спали с открытыми окнами. Но район тихий, машины не мешали. Замечательное месторасположение - рядом Арбат, площадь Абая, метро, театр и парк Панфиловцев - самые интересные локации на Наурыз. Во дворе есть детская площадка и маленький магазинчик, автомат с водой. Хозяин всегда был на связи, очень внимательный, вежливый, отзывчивый. По приезду нам передали ключи, и дальше мы чувствовали себя как дома :)

Dima is an excellent host! He is always available via WhatsApp and is very attentive to his guests. The apartment has everything you need from dishes and utensils to microwave, bedding sets, towels, cleaning products, iron, vacuum cleaner,.. really every small detail is taken care of. The neighbors are nice and quiet, and the location is excellent with a bus stop right in front of the building and easy access to any part of the town that you wish to go to. There are multiple supermarkets, cafes and shops within walking distance, as well as the Abay Opera House. The apartment is warm, the water pressure is good, and there are lots of wardrobe space for your baggage or clothes. I can't really think of even a small thing that I would have suggested to change or improve. If you do get a chance to book this place, consider yourself lucky because I have researched many places in Almaty and for the price that you would pay, there is nowhere that you could receive something even close to this quality. Thank you, Dima! I would keep recommending you to anyone who'd plan to travel to Almaty.
