- отличная локация - было тихо, окна во двор - удобная кровать - хороший ремонт и удобная планировка квартиры - удобное заселение - приятный хозяин - есть гардеробная - в соседнем подъезде топовый массаж!
Все минусы по сути «зона улучшения для хозяина», а не стоп-факторы, всё решаемо: - шумный кондиционер – поиграли с режимами и нашли для себя подходящий - в непопулярные часы нужно было ждать минут 10-15 пока нагреется вода в душе/кране (полотенцесушитель тоже холодный, если не протекает горячая вода) – просто вставали заранее и пропускали воду минут 10-15 - не хватило полотенец / салфеток на кухне – использовали одно из полотенец - перед нами плохо прибрались: была пыль на некоторых поверхностях и местами грязный/пыльный пол, был грязный холодильник

В квартире чисто и аккуратно. Фото соответствует реальности. Район отличный, тихий, рядом много кафе, искала место ближе к мероприятию, оставалось довольна расположением.
Были замечания по чистоте посуды, владелец обещал разобраться с этим. По остальному все отлично.
