С основной квартирой возникли некоторые проблемы, но хозяин отзывчивый и предложил альтернативный вариант большей квадратуры по той же цене. Расположение- топ.

Альтернативный вариант в сталинке со старым ремонтом, но всё равно уютно.

When we booked the apartment for Jan 11 to Jan 16, 2 days before the arrival the owner(timur) said there was some problem about pipeline broken. However, he provided us with another apartment which was a 2bhk. It was around 1km away from the original location. The said apartment had all facilities and a nice place to live. Timur helped with all local contacts and was available for any help required. His English is also great and we didn't face issues communicating with him.

Even if you make a bit of noise, it can be heard by the neighbors. Soundproofing of the apartment needs to be improved to ensure privacy.

We got another apartment but very close to this one . It was cosy , well-equipped and comfortable. Only the bathtub could be nicer :) it’s very close to Panifilov Monument, Zenkov Cathedral and Green Bazaar. Great communication with the owner .
