Чисто, уютно, есть все для проживания Мы жили 10 дней и в середине срока проводилась уборка и смена постельного белья. Из окон кухни и одной из спален открывается красивый вид на горы Отличное расположение для лыжного отдыха: рядом прокат лыж и сноубордов Fischer В шаговой доступности остановка общественного транспорта — до горнолыжного курорта около 20 минут Рядом торговый центр с супермаркетом Очень хорошая коммуникация с хозяином: всегда был на связи, быстро отвечал на вопросы и помогал по всем организационным моментам

AC in the living room. A lot of space. Good host. Portable fan.

One of the bedrooms is really loud because of the traffic. My friends couldn’t sleep with an open window and it was really warm in the summer so they moved to the living room

The owner was very nice, kind, and helpful. The directions to receive the key were very clear. The owner provided us with valuable information about the place and surroundings, the nearby markets, and even suggested places for us to visit in Almaty.

. On the last day, the toilet had an issue; black water was coming out while flushing .The air conditioning was only available in the sitting room; however, there was no air conditioning in the 3 rooms.
