The apartment is in a relatively central location, with many of Almaty’s main sights and central squares within a pleasant 10–15-minute walk. There are also several shops, cafés and other useful amenities nearby. We received very detailed and clear instructions regarding the check-in process, as well as plenty of useful information about both the apartment and the city. This made our arrival easy and helped us during our stay. The apartment itself is not particularly spacious, but it is practical and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. It has a small kitchenette and a washing machine, which proved especially useful during our few days in Almaty. The bed was comfortable, and we also enjoyed the lovely view from the apartment. The bathroom was rather small. We managed without any difficulty, but it could be less comfortable for taller or larger guests. Overall, we were satisfied with the apartment we chose. It offers a convenient location, useful facilities and good value for a short stay in Almaty.

The apartment is cosy and contains all necessary utilities and in fact more than what is provided in a 5 star hotel. The design of this apartment is perfect making it aesthetically beautiful while keeping it functional at the same time. it was really clean and felt like I was moving into a brand new place. The host is very kind, prompt and responds immediately. All instructions are so clear and easy to follow. I had no problem at all accessing the keys in the lockbox or even for storing my luggage after checkout. She was kind enough to offer my storage as I had a late night flight and needed some place to keep my luggage. The location is fantastic. It's close to all tourist attractions. Cafes and stores are around the corner so, one can simply grab some good food within walking distance. Overall, it's a lovely apartment and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Almaty.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for 5 nights. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient, with several Indian restaurants and grocery stores just a short walk away. There was one minor inconvenience when the electricity went out due to a city-wide power line issue. However, the owner responded to my call immediately, explained the situation, and was very helpful, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Check in - Before my travel I received all the information I needed and when I arrived it felt like I am going home. Location - it’s in the city center. Everything is close by. Downstairs there is a 24 hrs shop. There is exchange office also 3 minutes walk distance. Comfort - the bed was very comfortable and clean. For those you want to cook you have everything available. There is kettle, hair dryer and iron which I always need.

The payment - was not available through card. I had to exchange cash and also meet the owner. At the end we managed but made a little hassle for me. At least would be easier if I know all this the time I book so I plan ahead. Cleanliness - in general and the usual used places like bed, bathroom was clean. However when I wanted to drink some wine on the shelf the wine glasses were dirty and sticky. Definitely no one cleaned them from very long time. Amenities - was shampoo and shower gel available but something very cheap quality in a branded bottle. That was not nice. Better use no branded or named bottles with a shampoo sticker. Instead of showing this is what you have and when you use it realize it’s something super cheap and not nice smelled product. If I know that I would buy something from the supermarket. But I was already under shower… Taxi - well this is not the apartment’s fault. Before my travel I red that Uber is working in Kazakhstan but after I arrived I got to know that not anymore. There is a local app but you need local phone number to use. I had difficulty to ask someone on the street to call taxi for me in the middle of the night (due to my departure time) as a girl alone traveling was not comfy. Again if I know this I would better book a proper hotel for the same price and have help from the reception. This is just my personal experience.
