Очень удобное расположение квартиры: улица Сейфуллина-угол Шевченко. Все в шаговой доступности: остановки, магазины, рестораны, столовые. Легко добраться как с аэропорта, так и с вокзала. Приятная, ненавязчивая хозяйка квартиры. Удобно забирать ключи из кодового сейфа сразу возле входной двери и не думать о том, где/во сколько встретиться перед заездом. Тихие соседи. Чистый подъезд с ремонтом. Видеонаблюдение. Кухня большая, холодильник, вытяжка, плита, посуда. Есть балкон. В ванной сантехника и трубопроводы работают исправно, есть стиральная машина, фен, змеевик горячий. Телевизор есть, интернет/ТВ Билайн. Чистая квартира. Есть большое зеркало в прихожей. Ремонт аккуратный. Цена приемлемая. Нет страхового депозита. Фото квартиры соответствуют действительности.
Арендаторы нарушают правила Арендодателя и курят в квартире, хотя хозяйка в объявлении просит этого не делать! Освещение в квартире: не все лампочки работают. Ремонт аккуратный, но сделан давно (примерно 2000 год+)

Находится в центре , пешком обошли все достопримечательности . Приезжали на матч Реала / Кайрат. До стадиона 12 мин пешком .

Удобная передача ключей через мини сейф у двери квартиры. Спальное место - удобный матрас, мягкие подушки, приятное на ощупь постельное белье. Еще, что в квартире был локальный свет. С каждой стороны кровати был светильник. Вечером хочется уюта, приглушенного света. И эта опция была нам доступна)
