This place is so nice! The room is beautiful with a nice view. It’s in perfect location. And everything is so clean and organised. I highly recommend this property for any travellers coming to Almaty. The owner is really nice and is quick to reply on WhatsApp, and sorted me out two extensions despite it being quite busy! Just a 10/10 experience staying here.

Location and working AC
The owners were trying to charge me extra for checking in 1,5h before the original checkin time. When i entered the property i wanted to do a laundry but couldn't because bed sheets and towels were drying after previous guests. Seriously? The water pressure was inexistent - i barely could take a shower plus the bathroom was dirty. There are way better apartments in the same location.
