The entrance is a bit complicated at first and in the summer when you have to sleep with open windows it is a bit noisy from the street side.

If you are looking for a budget friendly house, this is the place to stay. Very near the main road, groceries, restaurants, Ascension cathedral, parks, kok tobe, green bazaar. The hosts were supportive, kind, and responsive. The place is spacious, there were 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed and a couch. The kitchen is clean especially the fridge. Hot water is working as well. Heating is superb as we did not feel cold inside. Wifi is good but slower at night.

It is located on the 3rd floor, no elevators just stairs so if you are carrying big heavy luggage you should carry it upstairs. The bath tub is clean but old and you can see that it is full of limescales and some black molds, it drains slowly. The washing machine has molds on the soap dish so we didn't use it but it is working. The mattress was a bit worn out so it is not that soft. You should bring rubbish bags as it is not provided.
