For me it was a very good location, next to Botanical Garden. Nice room, comfortable bed, clean shower.
I was very happy to find an electric kettle without any plastic inside and also an installed water filter in the kitchen sink.
Some loose black and green tea provided. Really nice impression overall.
The area near the entrance leading to the hotel apartments needs to be improved: old tarmac, depressed flowerbed…
The shower door in my room did not function properly, leaving a gap for water to escape when using the shower.

Everyone was so nice, the hosts were kind, the place was clean, they had nice tea stored in the room. It was the first time I travelled alone and I hadn't had any issue whatsoever. The hosts waited for my arrival at 5 am, checked me in right away, super thankful for that!
At some point through the night I met a very curious cockroach. It looked like it was exploring the place, haven't seen any more of them later though. The hosts were shocked and disgusted by it too, so I believe the issue will be resolved soon

It was clean.
On the first night we stayed there there was leakage in the refrigerator and water was all over the place. It didn’t happen the next night though. Maybe they fixed it as we complained about it.
