Evergreen Apart

Great reception staff. Room is equipped with everything needed, washing machine, iron, water filter, etc. The bed is also comfortable and the room was clean.

The curtains covered like only 2/3 of the window, so it got pretty light in the morning, they are also not blackout for that reason. Also, the location isn't that central to be honest.

One lady was super helpful. Very nice room with balcony. Breakfast was great. Location was very good. Would stay again.

Some staff were not helpful when I first checked in, therefore waited for sometime after check in time for assistance. Again one lady was very helpful and checked me in immediately on returning.

The apartment was very small, mostly filled by the double bed, but had everything we needed, with air conditioning that was quiet, a little kitchen, and the windows kept the noise out. Don't be put off by the appearance of the building or the stairwell - the apartment inside appears to be newly renovated. The reception desk staff are very helpful. The hotel's apartments are in a residential building, so locals live there as well, but I heard almost nothing from the apartments around us. If you have kids, you might like to know that there's a small, shady playground right in front.

The breakfast wasn't the greatest; it would be nice if they added better breads and more things to put on the bread.

It was clean.

On the first night we stayed there there was leakage in the refrigerator and water was all over the place. It didn’t happen the next night though. Maybe they fixed it as we complained about it.
