Студия Эрмитаж Атакент

The owner/coordinator Oleg was very professional, honest, trustworthy and cooperative. My stay was peaceful; I mainly booked the room upon vetting multiple reviews on booking.com that mentioned that the owner was helpful. Even 10 days before my stay, I asked him multiple queries through booking.com & WhatsApp and he answered everything promptly (which built trust). Upon my arrival, though everything was perfect in the room and super clean but I felt if the bedsheet could be slightly more white (even though it was fresh and clearly had fragrance of detergent). He tried to understand my concern, and promptly arranged a new bedsheet from the market. This was very surprising but also reassuring. Regarding cleaning- free of cost cleaning is provided once every 4-5 days in your stay (do cross check during your stay). Plus points: -Washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, refrigerator, iron, etc. -disposable room sleepers -New apartment/ good for pictures -Windows in the room can be opened to feel fresh air -Room stays warm even if the weather outside is cold -Multiple layers of security -Close to coffee shops (Urbo Coffee), Magnum Super (supermarket), Coffee Boom, Mangal Doner, etc. etc. - Bed was comfortable for me. -Tea packets are provided. And 1 small water bottle of drinking water during check-in. Some reviews mention both tea & coffee. But I found only tea. You can purchase coffee sachets from nearby shops. -Bus stop is close. -Yandex Go was quick & convenient. -washroom has toilet paper, body wash and shampoo. Quantity of body was just sufficient- it got over after 7 days. Shampoo was plentiful. But owner had clarified this in the very start itself that the quantity would be such that you get covered in initial days and then can purchase your own. So, no complaints. -No noise was there after 11 pm (during we stayed) -Checkout was hassle free at this property. Nobody came to check the room.

It was super cool property. 10/10 for Oleg & apartment.

The room is very clean and decent.. I love it because there was a little kitchen and the utensils are complete . I love it

First of all the language barrier 😄 is very hard to communicate. But that's normal, there are two staff in the morning and they didn't guide us properly. .. But I love the lady we encountered yesterday at lunchtime she's so kind and she has a pure clean heart . I don't have her name but I pray for her a wealthy future 🙏🏼 life
