Clean, comfortable, air-conditioned apartment in a leafy and quiet residential neighborhood. Don't let the condition of the stairwell put you off! I never met the owner in person but he was extremely helpful.
It's a bit far from the sights in the heat, but Yandex Go means very cheap and quick taxi rides so it wasn't a problem.

Чистая и уютная квартира. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый хозяин. Быстро решил небольшую проблему с пультом от телевизора. Хорошая локация.

Квартира чистая, светлая, уютная, компактная и удобная. Все, что нужно для комфортного проживания было представлено и это очень хорошо! Локация удачная - удобно добираться до ключевых достопримечательностей, да и много кафе и магазинов вокруг. Хозяин апартаментов Виталий - добрый, отзывчивый и открытый) Помог зачислить деньги на транспортную карту, посоветовал места, где можно вкусно поесть, да и вообще очень приятный на общение) Поэтому категорически рекомендую квартиру к проживанию!
