Все прекрасно. При заселении мне предложили 2 квартиры на выбор, заселилась в первую, которую вошли. Чудесная хозяйка, которая все время на связи. В квартире очень тихо, окна на тихую сторону. Кондиционер слабоват, но потянул (вероятно нуждается в чистке). Матрас и подушки удобные
В квартире курили, с закрытыми окнами это ощущается. Также не хватает мелкого ремонта местами (например в комоде свисает ящик, подоконник весь желтый). Уборка на 4, тк в холодильнике лежали останки еды, на подоконнике была чья-то пустая бутылка. Но это все мелочи

Location was excellent! Amazing views from the apartment. Everything is closeby. Magnum supermarket is just around the corner.
It is pretty perfect, nothing much. Maybe the shower and taps (bathroom and kitchen) need decalcification to not waste water.
