We had a small issue with our check-in timing due to a delay on our side, and the host was incredibly understanding and responsive. They helped us adjust everything smoothly and showed great kindness and flexibility, which we really appreciated.

Everything was great

A very comfortable apartment — clean, bright, and well-equipped. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay, including kitchen essentials and appliances. The location is convenient with shops. Special thanks to the host for quick communication and hospitality.

Overall, everything was good, but it was hot and dry inside, especially at night.

-The host communicated well in English and was available in person upon arrival, to explain about the key, operating the electric stove, washing machine etc - having 2 bathrooms in a 1-bedroom apartment is a rarity to find and quite useful - the sofa bed in the living room was comfortable enough to sleep on - the 8kg front loading Washing machine worked well enough ( took my iwn detergent) ; there is drying rack and ironing board -the compact kitchen had all the essentials-hob, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster - plenty of electrical sockets and the wifi worked fine - Magnum supermarket in 3-4 minutes walking distance to buy groceries and water - there is a back gate towards the garbage bins from where it is just a 10- minute walk to Forum mall -Could always find Yandex go cabs quickly in the area

- the apartment felt stuffy even after turning down the heating. There is no fan provided or AC in the bedroom. Upon opening the windows, there is lots of traffic noise from the busy highway even at night. And construction noises during the day. Ear plugs are necessary for light sleepers. - the shower ran hot and cold a bit erratically. The door of the shower enclosure does not shut fully - there is no drinking water filter. Buying water from the supermarket each time for drinking as well as cooking is rather inconvenient. - the cooking utensils in the kitchen could have been better quality. There was only one usable pan; rest were too old and worn out.
