Memorable few days away for new year!

Excellent accommodation with all amenities

The apartment was very pleasant, beautifully clean, with everything we needed. The bathroom was modern with a large shower, and the kitchen was smart and well equipped. Great TV and comfortable sofa. The bed was extremely comfortable. Parking outside was an added bonus. We would definitely return.

The outside and entrance to the apartments looked a bit tired and run down, and the sitting room looked out over the bins in the car park.

Clean, comfortable & convienent with lovely views.

Convenient to town. I didn’t have a car but it would have been easy to park. It is ground floor with lovely views. It was clean and comfortable with modern equipment & good instruction.

It was a little difficult getting in the first keysafe & through the second door. But I’m being picky mentioning that as we unfamiliar with the keys & struggle to think of anything we didn’t like.

Suited our needs at the time.

It was good for us not too small/big. We liked being on the Promenade and having a parking space outside. Everything we needed was provided.

Needs attention to detail as there were a few things that needed finishing off. The bed frame was very creaky and possibly needs attention. The mattress was very comfortable.

I liked everything about this place hence why we came back for a longer stay. I really liked that's there's a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook in the apartment.

I would like a bin to recycle. Also more towels would been handy as we was here 3 nights.

This apartment is perfect for a couple staying in Southport, it was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect o

At first view we were a bit skeptical as the outside of the property didn’t look so good (needs painting) but once we went into the apartment we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nicely renovated and very clean. It has everything you could possibly need.

On entering the apartment the smell of cleaning products and fabric softened was very strong, which for people who have sensitivities could be a problem, I have mild sensitivity and it took a few days for the smell to settle down.

Lakeside views close to town

This lovely ground floor unit has lake views and is only 500m from town. It has a well equipped kitchen, good wifi, good bathroom with hot shower, and a comfortable bed. We were permitted to have our touring bikes inside on a groundsheet which was much appreciated. We would stay here again.

Brilliant apartment in Southport.

I like everything about our stay. The host was very accommodating and let us check out a big later which was very helpful to us The apartment was very clean. I like that there was a smart tv and recliner sofas in the living room. Also that the kitchen was well equipped. There was everything that you would need in the apartment even a washing machine and tumble dryer.

I would of like if there was a bin to recycle bottles ect. I hate having to throw away stuff that could be recycled. If I'm.being picky would liked bigger towels.

Great overnight accommodation..

Liked the location and the facilities in the room. Everything you could need was available for a stop over. 10 minutes stroll onto Lord street which was fine. Top communication with the owner and straight forward instructions to gain entry into the accommodation. Would recommend a stay at this property.

Cosy Apartment

Check-in was super simple, plenty of parking, and the flat itself is lovely. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, plenty of space, and a very good shower. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well appointed, and the lounge had a nice TV (access to all major streaming platforms) and everything else we might need. Our hosts were very responsive and happy to help. Location is pretty good, with lovely views (weather dependent!) and a short walk into town.

We had a small issue with the heating, but our hosts were quick to resolve it. We had a lovely time!

Excellent

Stayed for 2 nights for a special birthday celebration , friday to sunday. Me and wife. Our accommodation was excellent, everything we needed was here, the Christmas tree fabulous, comfortable bed, great shower and large sitting area with telly ( which came in handy when storm hit Saturday ) very close to resteraunts, etc. Stephen was a great host and was very helpful with one minor issue we encountered. Easy to access the room with keys. We are going to book again , but in the summer next time.

W nocy niestety było zimno w apartamencie tylko 19 stopni nie było opcji ustawienia samemu na więcej stopni. Łóżko w sypialni dość nie wygodne.
