Filthy and in poor disrepair
Halsall is a lovely village and a short drive to Edge Hill University so location good, everything else was terrible
The property is up for sale and it is clear that it has not been lived in or rented out for some time, it was absolutely filthy and in poor disrepair, sheets had stains on and unclean, toilets, kitchen absolutely filthy, I had to clean the property for over an hour to make it habitable, we would of declined staying but we had nowhere else to stay so had to make do.
