It was lovely and private and well presented it was lovely inside and very quiet I would recommend this place

The only thing that let it down but I’m sure is being delt with was the gate which was broken which had the code to get in I also if you are staying for more than one night a proper rubbish bin but these are minor issues

The property has all you require for an overnight stay if you are a couple in a relationship as it only has a double bed unless of course you don’t mind sharing . Fully fitted kitchen with sink and washing machine , sofa table and tv .

At the time the internet was not connected so had no tv working .

Comfortable beds. Kitchen fittings, including cooker fridge, okay . New toaster and kettle. Good ceiling lighting. Plenty of sockets. Convenient for centre of Southport.

On arrival, found plastic picnic type plates, cereal bowls, for our use. One cooking pan and frying pan.No mixing bowls, casseroles. Kitchen tools, e.g. potato peeler, bottle openers. No cutting knives No outdoor furniture.. I contacted Bob, the owner, he came round, brought some crockery. New cutting knives. A large cooking pot. Also garden furniture but he didn't have time to put it together properly.So we didn't use the chairs. The fridge needed a clean, he did that. It would have been useful to have cleaning spray and cloths.A full size bin would have been more use too. The exterior is completely different to the picture shown. No garden areas, as shown.No lights on the exterior by the door.The windows overlook the owners yard. The outside gate with a lock on it was alright to use the first day. Returning the second day we couldn't get in through the gate. The key code didn't work. Phoned Bob, he sent out his joiner.He took the lock off and said he would get a new one.Never saw him again. The gate swung open, the rest of the days. So no security for us in place. The outside pavingd to the door were raised up, health and safety hazard.
